AFAIK, my primary email is also using Proton mail servers. So I think you should place this in your FAQ, saying that emails cannot be received from protonmail. Seems to be a common problem with other sites like Blockchair too.

If that's not enough, I should also mention that your Violet cards are being completely denied by AWS.

I don't think AWS has ever accepted any prepaid card I tried to use. From my experience (of getting kicked off the platform multiple times Wink), only true debit cards - the kind that support reloading - can be used there.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the proton mail notification to be posted on our website. In reference to AWS, although prepaid cards are not supposed to operate there we have received positive reviews about the use of Violet/Yellow/Orange cards for payments for AWS.

It seems that you don't support emailing with protonmail. This is very sad.

I will not call you a scammer, but your product's quality is rather poor.

Unfortunately delivery fails when sent to proton but you can always contact us using another email provider!
As we have explained above Balance check/statement (for all cards including Violet) does work. It just may take some time for it to get updated.
Please pay attention that not all the merchants support prepaid cards as a payment method. It depends on their payment policy. Amazon has a very strict payment policy and not all amazon services accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. Additionally,  please note that we offer cards from different providers and they possess distinctive features so may work differently with the same services. That's why we sell different cards to cover the widest possible range of their application.

Secondly, as explained above, although it takes some time for the balance to be updated (and the same is publicly posted on our website, which is also clearly reflected in your screenshot), in most cases the statement is updated merely within 10- 30 min.
Thirdly, at the moment, not a single balance request has remained unprocessed. If you did leave a request, your balance should have already been updated.
Additionally, support via the Live Chat widget is always available during business hours. As suggested above, please contact us if you have any questions. We are online now. When contacting us, please indicate that you are from bitcointalk. If all the operators are busy servicing other clients, don’t worry, you will be attended as soon as one of the operators is free.

I'm buying this guy's cards for a long time.
In the last few months, I'm unable to view the card's balance, rendering payment method verification useless.
This happened both with all Black cards purchased and the violet cards as well.

In addition, this guy does not respond to emails for months. I have been waiting for an email response since November with the balance issue.

We would recommend re-checking the balance every 10-30 min.
When you check your card balance, you will also see the same notification on the screen. We assure you that the balance check works flawlessly.
In reference to the Black cards, please pay attention that we do not offer Black cards any more. They got discontinued long time back. You must have confused Amazon cards with Black cards which are a completely different product.
