Has anyone completed swap already ? Usually the swap is direct process where you send old tokens for new ones but here they complicated little by mentioning test amount, why was need of this ? I don't get it. Anyway there should be starting and last date to minimize the chances of problems. Voise is very cheap at the moment and if there is no deadline for swap that is right approach for those to be on board who are not tracking updates these days. I just read about swap now today when I saw this thread else I almost forgot about this token.
you only have to follow the instructions they gave some time ago on telegram and in the medium article.

the test amount is only for yourself to be 100% sure it works before you send all tokens. some users might prefer to do this extra step (i would).
since it is done via smart contract and a swap script there is no need to define a last date to finish the swap.

There is no deadline announced for this process it looking they will keep this opening for long time majority of the people are not in touch with this topic so that it will be hard for them to let know about this process.
Why don't they do this swap automatically without requiring token holders to send tokens on swap address. We can see large majority of holder isn't active here and many of them are not following the development properly as well. They should replace old token's contract by new one without asking people to do anything. This will not create any issue else large number of people will be left behind.

...and the hacker is most likely not talking to them personally to get his stolen tokens swapped over. if they would do an "automatic swap" he would get his stolen tokens swapped as well... makes sense?

Due to the hack Cryptopia suffered in mid January of 2019, 109 million Voise tokens were stolen from the Cryptopia exchange. These 109 million tokens represent 12% of our total supply. To mitigate the damage we immediately requested deposits be frozen on all exchanges to prevent the hacker from dumping the tokens on those exchanges. This due diligence action effectively blocked the hacker from dumping 12% of the supply into those exchanges.
The Current Swap is needed to block any future actions by the hacker. We have created a new token supply using the same VOISE trading symbol. Some exchanges have agreed to swap internally to the new supply, and contract address. This is a very complex process and requires coordination with several exchanges, Coinmarketcap.com, Etherscan.io, myetherwallet.com and various other services to update the information that direct people to the correct contract address, and token information.
We are keeping the Cryptopia supply locked in a wallet for Cryptopia until they get to the Voise project and deal with the hacked supply. Currently they are overwhelmed with requests and have been unable to respond to our inquiries. We look forward to working out a plan to restore Voise tokens to their client customer base.
The swap will be ongoing for some time, as we will need to manually verify some of the swaps. The swap will be ongoing until further notice.

So music decentralization and tokenization has been implemented and given the chance already to have an ICO. This is somehow had tue likeliness to imusify to which the project I am promoting now.

That being said, while we were waiting for more news about the swap a few days ago, the CRO let us know on Telegram that there would be a little waiting time because he had been in an accident and needed time to fill out the insurance administration. I truly feel for the guy because it's a pain in the ass, the administration is often worse than the accident itself.
However - and let me say this precisely, before someone would feel the need to call me a FUDer: I've been holding since it became available at the very beginning on CoinExchange a loooong time ago. Also, I'm a decentralization supporter and a music fan. I've been following closely since then - proof is I'm still here. So this counts as a disclaimer for what I am about to say.
Honestly, if the publication of such important and essential information about an urgent swap after a hack depends on the personal life and schedule of one single person, I really ask myself how this project could become something big in the future. I have no doubt the people behind this project have the best intentions, however I would not even call this management but plain amateurish behavior and unless something impressive happens (no idea how they will do that with so few people), this Voise thing will go nowhere.

Their Telegram channel is quite active. Sadly, that's what we are seeing often lately: BTCTalk isn't the number one place for crypto projects news anymore. Then again, the spammers seem to have been disappeared a bit, too, which is a nice thing.
For those of you who aren't following the Telegram accounts: there's a swap coming up for VOISE. No further details yet. Also, there has been a hack on Cryptopia about 3 weeks ago. Not quite sure what to think about all this.
