Well using an escrow when dealing of something here is a must if you don't want to be a victim of scamming. However that still depends on your discretion, there are users who easily trust someone and don't think what might happen afterwards unless that particular user that you're dealing with is a green trusted and a higher rank member its an exception for me.

Most gift cards sellers are scammers anyway, there may be a user that received a gift card and wants the money instead, but those that sell gift cards in bulk could only have obtained by stealing them or by buying the gift cards with stolen credit cards, so the right recommendation is to not buy gift cards from sources not affiliated with the gift card itself.

You’d better not believe in anyone, you must control your emotion for not being cheated. Especially, for some newbie , they may not know much more about this market,they can easily be scammed. In totally, when you take part in this cryptocurrencies, you must prepare a lot to face with many troubles.

We all know this thing that the market is full of scammers and such kind of people who are launching different sort of fraud schemes in order to grasp the amount of others. The only thing we can do is to be very well aware of all such kind of people and try not to fall victim of such kind of persons. Moreover, you need to be very careful while dealing with anyone or performing any kind of transactions.

Yeah thanks for reminded us.. and it's not only that, now scammers more increasingly a various forms of its deception. Anyhow internet is the one of the scam's media that's really suitable for a scammers.. and of course scams forms in cyberspace, it's harder to read or researched than scam in the real world. Sometimes someone who doesn't intend to scam, but we consider it a scam and vice versa. Well in essence we've to be a more smarter person.

You shouldn’t just be looking out only for guys who are here for scam, you shouldn’t trust every escrow services you in here, cause some of them can also be scam, especially the new ones. You shouldn’t see their review or comments that were made about them to be sure whether they are legit or scam. And by the way, why would you want to buy gift card from someone you don’t even know on bitcointalk, while there are legit and trusted sites with reputation out there that you can really trust. Lol.

Escrow also plays an important role in every crypto currency transactions. Scammers are everywhere, we should be careful in our transactions especially when donating or even trading and investing. Some may use also a fake ICO in order to scam. so be wise enough.

5. The person that wants a loan has a collateral but are some coins you have never heard of. Only accept collateral that you are completely sure you can sell later.
6. The person requesting the loan has collateral but it is trying to sell it in another thread or forum this means the person has no intention of ever repaying you.

If you are not about sure for any transaction to be made, then don't let that happen especially when there are no escrow used. Don't be easily trust other people in online, scammers are everywhere. Only transact with a reputable person.

You're right, scammers are so greedy and have a heart of stones that they didn't think the effort of those people earned in the crypto world. They do as much as possible in order to earned without any effort just like an easy money to them. Hopefully the users here in the crypto world should be aware all the time in order to avoid to be scammed.
