Ethereum is one of the altcoin that is famous next to bitcoin. Comparing ethereum and waves is quite difficulty because they have different platform and features. Each of them is unique in many ways. It's really hard to argue which is better, because both of them has potential.

waves offer blockchain asset so does with ethereum, we can compare both, ETH has etherdelta and Waves has waves dex, both are decentralized exchange. So basically these two are comparable unlike your nonsense opinion.

for me, choose ETH why?
because in the past few months I have seen coin eth including many devotees, also relatively stable prices. so for me if buying ETH is very profitable in comparison Waves. because Waves is very slow progress.

Waves vs Ethereum ?
Although they are both altcoin, I prefer Ethereum because it has a higher exchange rate than waves and it can handle many transactions compared to waves.

I think waves will exceed the price of ethereum but ethereum is very hard to beat in my opinion,
let alone ethereum have smart contract like waves

I don't think that waves might beat Ethereum. I mean many people likes ethereum and the prefer it more than the waves. Somehow in waves platform it is so hard for the coins to pump in there.

Both cryptocurrencies are now hovering around the top ten in market cap. In Waves, smart contracts are not as complex as they are in Ethereum, they are Non-Turing complete, but powerful and secure, waves unit price still cheap when compared to Ethereum.

This "Waves is the next Ethereum" thing does not make sense imho. Keep realistic guys. ETH and WAVES are different things. You can build dApps on ETH. You can't accomplish that via WAVES...

You should choice ETH because Waves is not a smarter guy in this field, there are some other coins which are ahead of Waves in everything why don't you compare them with ETH? because ETH is every where I stick with it not for any thing else. Grin

To my opinion, it is only a question of trust. Clients only rely on something that has already proven its efficiency. Waves is a newcomer and could create a large user base. However, like facebook for social media, ETH is already well established, with a lot of ressources, developers, solved bugs, etc... It is a mature platform.

Waves is really a high potential alt but if I would be ask Ill still choose etherium not just because of the price stability it shows in market in past few days but also the eth platform itself that I think one reason why demand of eth is stable. Since both eth and waves are needed as fuel in their platform that support various tokens created etherium still lead when it comes to which platform clients would use.

Sasha Ivanov (CEO of Waves) points out that Etherium has some core problems with scaling that Waves doesn`t have.

So lets wait for autumn news about smart contracts on Waves and decide for ourselves.

Every coins have their own problems. But ethereum still proves that it is worth than Waves. Maybe in the future, waves will become stronger than ethereum. RIgh now, buying ethereum is still a best idea ever
