There is several of us in the IRC right now.I can't compile the X14 miner on the OP for Ubuntu 14.04. Which commands do you use to compile it?
Try doing:
./autogen.sh
./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
make
There is documents provided on the source code page for the miner to help with building on Linux. You do need libcurl-devel
@WulfCastle - Webcoin is not a fork of Silkcoin. Webcoin is custom coded, though we have based some of our features off a coin that was based off of Silkcoin, but not Silkcoin directly.

Downloaded the WebCoin QT, it's a complete fork of SilkCoin, minus the UI changes. I would know as I was the designer behind the SilkCoin's Wallet UI. If you look at the "Social" Tab which hasn't even been resized to fit the traditional QT layout.

suchpool hash is not right, too low
Yes, we just fixed it and restarted stratums!
We had to build our own startum for it, so may required some more tweaking! If you notice anything, please let us know!

Mining through the wallet is disabled. Your best method would be with the X14 CPU Miner or GPU Miner in the OP. Both are compiled for Windows or you can retrieve the source code and build it on windows with cygwin or build it on Linux/Mac.
You may mine X14 with your CPU or GPU, No mining rig rentals are available yet for X14 from what we can tell. Lets start the standard now for the best hashing algorithm yet!
