What is Webcoin?

The purpose of X14 is to stop other developers & miners from continuing on the wrong path, X15 and X17 are inadequate algorithms; as they utilize "whirlpool" (Which has massive heat output and is inefficient.) and "Haval 5-pass" (Which is not optimized for cryptocurrency, it takes a very long time to get shares).
