I use Malwarebytes which has malware and malicious website protection. Flags bad links (not that I ever click any) scans well. In all the time I have never had any threats from any anti virus I have used. Hopefully I never do but I don't go round dodgy websites or download crap so all will be good I'm sure. I might look for something to run beside it, if anyone uses malwarbytes with anything what do you use it with?

You must try Kaspersky, they have a good protection and real time update

In fact,I don't use any antivirus because my computer never be virused.
hum...Potential consequences of not installing security updates are damaged software, loss of data, or identity theft. Every year, malware causes damage of millions of dollars worldwide. The main reason is that users don’t install critical software or Windows updates, allowing malware to exploit loopholes that have long been patched. Vulnerabilities can potentially be exploited within hours of them becoming publicly known. So once a security update is available, you should immediately install the fix to protect your system from malware attacks.

Most free antivirus programs don't offer much besides basic malware protection, but Avast Free Antivirus is a half-step toward being a full-fledged security suite, with many features you'd normally be charged for. It has not only a password manager and a local-network security scanner, but gives you lots of configuration options.

So I use Avast.

I choose Kaspersky because it is the best I've used anti-virus software.
