What are some long term projects for holding?

if to follow a project I recommend joining a project handled by an honest and experienced manger. but for a token I'm more confident with ethereum, bnb, matic and cardano.

I agree with all the lists above except DOGE, dividing the investment into many cryptocurrencies is certainly better and promising because there is always a chance for coins to go up, I also recommend investing in HEX, CASPER, and ORION Protocol.

There are so many trustful token in market but if you hold bitcoin or bnb i am sure you will get good profit after 6 month.
Hold bitcoin is very secure instead other token or meme coins..

welcome to the world of crypto guys.
I think if you are a new player in the crypto world you should
buy coins that have good fundamentals. I think this coin is worth holding for more than 6 months.
binance (BNB) is a coin that has its own smart contract.
many altcoin projects are on the bep20 binance network. they also have their own exchange
and has many different features not only as a place to buy and sell. I think this is good to save for investment.
Likewise Cardano (there are) have a good project, and soon they will build their own network, with cardano smart contracts
alice is also a good token, with the hype of this game in the crypto world bringing a good effect to alice. especially the alice game will be released on steam this month.
I personally think it's a good coin to keep for the next 6 months or even more.

for long term project personally i am in into project that still in developtment progress and token price still very cheap. with running progress i am believe it could attract organic demand and growth . honestly it take big risk if we we make mistake choosing this project , but i am thinking risk will equal with our profits potency as long as we do proper research.

If you're still confused about what to invest in, come back and learn some more. there is google that you can use well to dig up information related to the crypto world and potential coins. learn the fundamentals and technicals, share a lot of information about this. I think this is better than asking random other people's opinions, everyone will have different views, especially if someone offers you a gray project.
the safest, for the long term with great potential is to hold BTC, you only need to apply which investment strategy is suitable, strengthen your mentality, and be patient in facing high market fluctuations.

You don't need to dig deeper and even spend the whole day searching as the top leading coins in CMC are the best coins to invest in. I know they can't give you the 100% assurance profit as it will also depend on you but what it needs is to give some trust to them.

To recognize all that you have to study each project that is currently available, make a comparison of one project with another, after that enter into the project by getting to know the team and manager who handles it, so you will know which projects can be trusted.

Actually all tokens can be trusted, it's just that the prices don't have the best value for them at this time, I used to hold tokens for almost 2 years, at which time the token prices were not that valuable, but 2 years from now, I see tokens it becomes very valuable.

If you say that many projects are unstable and trustworthy, that's the current state of the crypto world, then for that you have a lot to learn from project managers, usually a trusted manager will not drop his reputation and team to lie to people.

Tokens that have a chance of lasting more than six months, usually have a clear target market, meaning all sources they say can be found on the official web address, these tokens generally run slower when they appear and provide the best value after the next six months.

But, i'd advise investing in something more stable and proven.

my first advice, prioritize to putting 70% of your capital to BTC, ETH, BNB. This option is perfect for newcomers who want to invest in the long term. I personally sometimes like to take risks by doing daily trading on new coins on pancakes and Uniswap, if lucky sometimes I can get 30% - 70% but remember to go immediately after getting profit.
