I am interested in some of the fourth generation cryptocurrency projects that are being developed right now. But the risk factor is a bit too high. With any other cryptocurrency project, there is a chance that the development will be halted mid-way. And since all these projects are in the early stages, there is a big chance that one new project may suddenly appear in the horizon and it may overshadow the existing projects. Irrespective of these risk factors, I have shortlisted a few for investment. These are - Insolar, SOOM, Aergo and Multiversum.
usdt and usdc you can buy it for assets that are very stable because it is the choice of many people when the market goes bad you can buy it anytime choose stable coins to overcome the decline if assets have decreased don't buy altcoins if the market goes bad to prefer stable coins it's the right choice if you are new in crypto remember this is buying altcoins when the market is down and selling when the increase reaches more than %20 because at that time the profit will be in front of you if the market goes down you have to take advantage of it immediately.
Long-term investment I think Bitcoin, ETH, and BNB can all be held for a long time. Keep your mind clear and don't panic because of the price drop.
True, all three are assets worth holding on to in the long term and there is no need to panic with the correction that occurs, because a good cryptocurrency will always return to a good value when the market recovers again and the patient one will always find profit for himself. 
If you want to invest in the long term then potential coins are a top choice and for now there are some potential altcoins that are very good for us to hold for example BNB, ETH, ADA and DOGE coins that are very good for us to store in the future, but there are also new altcoins that currently have high potential will develop in the future but the risk we receive is greater in the appeal of the old altcoins.

UBT is focusing in adoption of blockchain for enterprise. Ubt also have their own mainnet that can act as layer 2 called baseledger which you can staking your ubt there , you should look the token flow model that are on https://baseledger.net.
Ubt has several big client that officially announced like Cocacola and servicenow and they did help coca cola to safe $100m/yr in opperational costs.
Baseledger test new will be on october and also ubt still not listed in any big exchange and already listed in coinbase custody which i think have a huge potential to be listed in coinbase pro someday and it will bring huge impact on the price.

I can easily say, if you go for tokens, then ultimately you will face losses.
And to be honest holding altcoins for a longer period can end up in losses.
Therefore it is always advisable not to hold a coin for long term, whose marketcap is small.
Instead what you can do is go for coins that are somehow stable.
Go for ETH and LTC only if possible.
In the second half of the year, Bitcoin will be prioritized. When the market is better, Bitcoin will take the lead. Then the mainstream currency will rise, and it will be the altcoin. The risk of buying Bitcoin now is not as risky as other currencies. Secondly, consider trying value coins, ETH, dot and fil (don't buy them at the current price), and you can buy some altcoins doge and luna.
Analytical studies confirm that if you constantly, monthly invest 300-500 dollars in the first Top-5-10 coins for the purpose of holding, then in five years this will bring a total profit of 2.3-2.9 million dollars. It should be understood that this list of Top-10 coins is constantly changing.

As usual, Coinmarketcup List of 100 would be a good investment option, if you are expecting short term profit then hold Bitcoin and other top altcoins, for long term, I don't have any advice, but currently I hodl SOL, KCS and HT, all options are there on you and keep doing research before investing for the long term
Good to start from there, knowing or sorting out top and rated coins and understand their usages. Spend time doing your research as there are many potential coins to pick.
Rinse every potential then select what you think is best fit to your qualification, it's not easy though as you must also consider all the risk behind each projects, solid coin that already established good community supprots have some good edge.
If you are a risk taker, you can also review new coins that being offered. Your money should always your priority when choosing the project to invest.
I really hope that we can see all of our altcoins going up finally, it is not about this coin or that coin but more about just any coin. When the market goes up then everything goes up and that is what we should be focusing on as well, because it doesn't matter if my coin goes up or your coin goes up because if we do not end up going up all together then it doesn't matter because they will go down.
If my favorite coin goes up a lot but the price of nothing else goes up then it means that we are going to end up seeing my favorite coin go down as well. Which is why I think we should not hope for x or y or z coin to go up, we should be hoping all of them to go up all together which will help us a lot, that is the important part. Obviously some will go up more and some will go up less but they will all go up together and how much does not really matters as long as its together.

Personally I have expectations with Ethereum and Polkadot I think these two altcoins are much capable to give positive results in long term and on the other side in exchange token, HTB may be a suitable option as well hotbit is very progressive exchange these days and providing top quality services so on this basis I think its native token HTB can be a suitable option for long term.
Lots of tokens worth holding for long term. OKEX token is actually worth holding than HTB because it's a profit-sharing project in which the money they earn from the exchange will be distributed to the holders. Any token that works this way I think is worth holding, there are plenty of these tokens. You just have to have many of them though to have also a good amount of earnings every day. ETH and ADA is worth it if you are going to be staking too.

Specially for long periods of investment, you can invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum undoubtedly. Bitcoin and Ethereum two coins have popularity with huge trading volumes. Binance Coin and ripple also another long term investment coins.
I agree bitcoin and ethereum are best for investing in long term projects the market has a high demand for these currencies and the risk is much lower. If you hold on you will be able to make a profit if the price goes up after a certain period of time.

I think if you want to invest or trade altcoins in the long term you better buy the top 10 altcoins on coinmarketcap. Coins from ICO projects cannot be guaranteed to be held in the long term because they do not have strong fundamentals and have low liquidity in the market. But all the decisions are yours.
