When you buy and subsequently sell or trade a crypto asset after keeping it for a year or longer, you have made a long term gain. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, MATIC, DOT, Binance Coin, and Polkadot are some long term project for holding.
I suggest do own research before investing in any project, you can invest in the top hundreds of altcoins in coinmarketcap and you can invest in ADA, XLM, LINK, SOL, DOT. These are good projects for investment and you can hold them for the long term and will give you a good return.
The long term project in crypto are still developing in the market cap. For me now i suggest a few coin for you.It the best time to buy coin and long term holding. BTC,ETH,BNB still price increase. Now you can buy those coin and long time holding, I hope you can get more profit from it.

i dont know what is icp but axs ? is this the coin from a game axie infinity right ?but isnt this risky to hold for long term because there are now many competitors for the axie game and most of them are not as expensive as axie .
when it comes to coins for long term holding we should pick coins that are already there in the market for a verry long time because we know that they are strong and no competitors can defeat them .

If you're going to do a teaser like this here, you should already add some more info. For example, from which country the cooperating financial institution is. I assume that it is not from an industrialized or developed country. Because there the regulations are now so far in force that such offers are no longer so easy. So the only countries left are those where regulation is not yet in place, which then also represents an increased risk for investors for their investments.
Of course you will choose coin that has high volume which includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple here's my top 3. They are really projects that really for a long term investment and I really think you can hold this in more than 6 months though if you really want to hold that long and you don't want to lose big amount of money you can try a yield farming using stable coins the APY is much higher than the tritonal banks.
I personally still keep matic, bnb and eth in my wallet and of course I still pay in installments and buy little by little with an ongoing decline because I believe this coin will continue to grow.

If you are new to the whole think then don't get confused with many coins just start with top coins only. Like bitcoin ethereum and binance coins are the best coins to start. You must do your research on finding projects that are having social tokens and the applications with the implementation of tokens and the freedom to spend they are gonna rock soon in the future.

There are many coins for long-term investment but I will discuss some coins. the top 1 BTC is best for long term investment, ETH, BNB, ADA, Metic, FTT, these are some coins for longterm investment 
The long term project in crypto for me are the long term coin that are still developing and has high market cap. I will recommends Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash and the most popular layer 2 solution for ethereum. Abitrum seem to be the candidate for Layer 2 solution for ethereum but it has not launched yet. You definitely need to keep bitcoin and stablecoins in your portfolio, check later you will understand why you need to do this.

Pay attention to ethereum, polkadot, chainlink, near, atom, avalanche, solana.
NEAR is a solid choice and so is Chainlink but I'm not sold on Atom, Polkadot, Avalanche, Ethereum and Solana considering that they have inferior technologies to NEAR. There are many good coins, but I think that now many such coins are expensive.
