guys, I want to warn you against possible problems with the exchanger HITBTC. Several times my account was hacked, although in fact there was no hacking. An unauthorized login to my account was registered, and the account was protected by two-factor authentication of Google. it is not the first time I've seen information that other people used the funds on their account in their favor. so you can draw conclusions that this is abused by someone from the administration of the site.

Hye well-wishers
I have some bitcoins and need to exchange them with etherum. I want  to Participate in the STORM Token Crowdsale. So need to know what are the best exchange sites where i can exchange btc to etherum.? Besides anyone has well known about storm token crowdsale? Is it safe to participate Storm ICO program?
Hi , i think the best exchanges are the bittrex and binance, they have low comissions and fast transactions !  Wink

Yesterday I received a letter from the Bittrex exchange with the announcement of the new rules. It upsets me. I think that soon there will be an outflow of users from this exchange. Users from some CIS countries will be forced to leave this exchange so the trading volume will fall for sure. Now I trade in Binance and Kucoin.

If you mean the best exchanges, I think that Binance is very comfortable, also did you try new delta? If no try forkdelta - fast and many coins
Is there still open registration on binance. Fork delta is decentilized exchange

As for me the best one are binance and bittrex. I cannot put one at the first place. Both are very good in volume but the speed of completing orders are better in binance.
Kucoin now has good potential cause of altcoins they trade.

Large exchanges will be safer. that is bittrex / polo / binance, ... hitbtc is also good

hitbtc? I don't understand how you can write the name of this unsuccessful exchange next to the names of such large and reliable exchanges as Bitrex and Polo. It seems to me that you shouldn't use it if you trully care about your capital.

You have to watch what's right for you, many exchanges, go to coinmarketcup and see where you give more, then see what percentage you give

The best exchange sites are bittrex and poloniex. Bittrex is one of the popular exchange sites and has a low commission at a width. It has good quality when exchanging coins.

I like the next exchanges for various reason:

1) Bittrex - looks stable and has no technical problem. Has high requirements for coins to be listed, but no listing fee. If devs replace USDT with fiat USD, it would be the exchange I've ever known
2) Binance - perspective altcoins, quick, good technical support, based in HK
3) Kucoin - almost the same reasons with Binance
4) Poloniex - my first trade experience and learning has started there. Slow, but stable, in my own opinion
5) Coinexchange - here you can buy looking good coins at cheap price, but with high-risks, which you must evaluate by yourself.
6) Hitbtc - Usual exchange with many restrictions, but sometimes perspective coins/tokens are listed here first, for example SNC
7) Livecoin - just good exchange with rare coins, has the support of fiat money
Cool Exmo - useful exchange, beginners can start here, weekly articles about blockchain and cryptocurrencies as bonus of using this exchange

9) Yobit - precisely the "best exchange" to get thrill and adrenaline, because here you can lose all your money in a couple of seconds. I don't recommend it for everybody and in particular for beginners. A lot of shitcoins, almost has no technical support

It depends on what coins you are looking to acquire. Not all coins are available on all exchanges. Also the withdrawal and trading fees are different from exchange to exchange. Always check the Fees and Withdrawal cost for the coins you are interested in before sending anything to the exchange. Some exchanges have a minimum withdrawal limit as well so it is important to consider all these factors when deciding where to trade.

Poloniex, Bittrex, Binance are all good in my opinion.
I completely agree with you and I will even say that the withdrawal limits depend very much on the level of verification, for example, as on bitrex. Almost everywhere you already have to enter personal data.

all exchange exchanges are good, it's just that I prefer if the coins / tokens are in the CRYPTOPIA, HITBTC, and COIN EXCANG exchanges because the feen is low and no coins are left from sales like etherdelta.

Not all exchange are are good, like Etherdelta  because this platform are always involved in hacked issues also hitbtc.com has a high issue in every transaction that you are going to make every time you are going to withdraw any coins in this exchange.
