I use Binance but I am limited as to what I can use as a U.S. resident.
You can exchange almost anywhere but yes, you need the lowest total fees... so I would suggest you stay away from the larger exchanges and try to find one of the new ones that can´t charge a lot.
As of now, Binance is the only exchanger which is trusted and have highest volume in terms of trading and daily trading and support is good and exchange is financially strong in terms of having their own coin
From the decentralized exchanges the coolest on the interface waves dex, I expect that it will be popularized when it will be possible to trade tokens erc20

The exchange which we use should be user friendly and supportive. I love few of the exchanges like Cryptopia, KuCoin, Binance, Bittrex. You can check the best exchanges from Coinmarketcap to get an own experience.
For me personally, the most convenient exchange is Binance. If I want to buy or sell, I first check the lists of pairs on this exchange, and only in the absence of bidding, I consider other exchanges

According to my experience, both are very good exchanges
in terms trading because of both of them has huge volumes and community is supporting both of these exchanges. Mainly their support systems are very actively responding to people problems. well othervise they have many problems dor expl hard to get out money from it and ect.
It depends on what kind of coins you want to buy. Not all coins are available on all exchanges. In addition, the fee for withdrawal and bidding differs from exchange and exchange.
Now the best exchange for me is Livecoin, easy and simple, but also Kukoin, Binance and Yobit are quite good. But if to speak about etherdelta/forkdelta, I completely do not like them
yobit is good but not reliable bcoz of complete anonymity , if any issue there then customer support is worst .
