I do not think every altcoins will increase so many times. It only happens at some potential altcoins. If the words you say are accurate, people will not have any capital losses.
Although this is a good opportunity for us to invest in it, but beware the risk is still very much. Or you can invest in bitcoin and hold them. Its price will go up to $ 8k in a month.

My advice will be to look for coins back by solid projects that will give the coin good use cases, those are the ones to look out for. I can suggest to check Lockchain LOC and Origami Network ORI.

Now that the entire crypto-currency market are in a big dump it could be an opportunity to buy the coins which we think become profitable and good to invest. You need to research the best coins because no one can tell you what coin are the best now except bitcoin.

I would suggest ethereum and litecoin, as we can see these two alts drops in price like bitcoin which open up opportunity to buy and hold, I believe like bitcoin they will pump again and will give so much profit from holding. Like what speculators believe ethereum can be the next bitcoin in the future.

There are many coins that populate the market. And it is hard to find a good Coin to invest in. But Bitcoin is still the best coin for investment not much of a higher return but still it holds the most important characteristic of a coin which is trust. It is better to trust coins that build up their background unlike ICO that will fail eventually and later on become scam. There are a lot of coins from coinmarket that could be a potential investment. Just check them out and you'll find good ones.

all coins are good to buy now, because the market is moving positively but if can advice should buy Eth or Btc but depending on your capital, the greater your capital is better to buy expensive coins because it is stable.

almost all coin prices are bad because the price is down, for that I think eth is still a worthy coin to have besides bitcoin because maybe not long the price of both coins will rise again

One of teh opportunitis now is ETH, but still you mst be careful, it may break support line 400$. Put stop-loss -6%. It's for the mid/long term.

For the short term follow the news. For example listing on big exchanges usually gives good profit, but you need to fix it before dump. Look at XVG these days:)
