When I think of Japan,I always remember Hirosheema and Nagasaki. Worst hit during world war. Apart from this advanced technology, patriotism, workoholic people. Maximum Earthquake hit nation.

when i think about japan 2 things come to mind one is they look young all time second is their language which is pretty much confusing and complex.
in the japan trains are more punctual...

Of course.. The food :)When we say Japan we think of all these high quality fresh seafoods that they use in cooking. Their cuisines reflect their history and culture and how they stayed humble and yet stood out from the rest of the international competition.
1. Ramen / Ramyun - the soup base is the bomb. Fresh and somewhat sweet ingredients, hot and savory as some prefers.
2. Tempura - this battered shrimps excellently cooked using best and top quality ebi.
3. Sushi and Sashimi - one word : FRESH. These babies won the hearts of many and throughout the years, many have experimented and reinvented these dishes. Be it crab, shrimp, roe, vegetables. All are palatable and burst in our mouth delicious. But take note, only skilled individuals perfect this kind of art.
All in all, Japan is a must visit place for foodies like me.
