I had never hopefully any panic attack before and i dont know about the situation too much

Last year I often get panic attacks. This is a very terrible and nasty feeling. I try to avoid stress and a lot of people. I take sedatives and try to sleep well.

Panic attack's are very scary. One thing my doctor recommended was breathing through a straw (this is similar to breathing into a brown paper bag), the idea is it slows your breathing which in return slows your hear rate. This will allow you to feel like you can breath again and work on slowing the other physical responses your body down to it's normal state. GOOD LUCK

Stay away or be alone then calm myself I do"inhale, exhale" drink water and think positive.

Stressing over unwanted things and not being able to rest gives panic attacks.

the first time I had a panic attack was the high school time, then I was a math test, my favorite field, but the time of the replication stayed a little but still a lot of questions I had not done, I was panicked, I did not know what to do, I took a breath and prayed to God, I calmed myself and tried to think clearly, I did the easy thing, the end of the story I could not do all the questions, just two things I did not work, but all the things I did was right, From that scheme I started working on a simple matter first

I start counting from 100 to 0 as it helps me relaxing and takes me away from my panic.
