I consider reviews in the areas of customer service very important, the way in which customers are being treated when complaints as are sent in says a lot.

People should have the review demands in that perspective as its a one-on-one engagement and not a one size fits all. Being tailored to a particular experience, it could give a clue as to how such cases are being addressed mostly in the areas of finance, payment of winnings and co

~snip~

When I want to play at a new casino, I usually look at reviews of that casino, so yes, I find casino reviews to be quite useful. However, the review needs to be written honestly and the author has indeed tested the casino within a few days. Some important things in a casino review are how the deposit and withdrawal process works, does the casino require KYC, does the casino allow using VPN, what games are supported, what bonuses are available, how much wager is required to get the bonus, etc.

In my opinion, there are not many casino review sites that are honest and most of the content is almost the same, if you can write it honestly and through in-depth observations then I am sure visitors will be satisfied with your review site.

Casino.guru is probably one of the most famous casinos review websites around here and it's the go-to place for members when they are looking for information regarding a certain casino. Reading some of the reviews they write will certainly give you a good idea on what you need to focus on to attract the visitor.
For example, I took a look at your wolf.bet review and although you covered all the details and tested it with your own money, I didn't feel like reading it all. It looks like a wall of text which makes it hard to access the important information. Also, I got the feeling you are sharing general information that you can find on the casino itself and not your personal experience. Just my opinion, though.

Whenever I read the reviews from casino's, I want to see organic comments from people who have actually taken time to write something real and different from the regular cliché comments that can be generated.

I also like to see pages of reviews, not just a few reviews from people who may just happen to be friends or family to the owners of the casino. I believe the more the pages of reviews, the more you can believe in the reviews as organic.

Well, for me, I like reviews when they are completely natural, natural in the sense that the review site owners write their own short review, then allow the users of casinos to write their own personal reviews progressively as things change and they gain new experiences playing on that same casino.
I totally agree with you on this about how a sincere review with integrity about a casino can be made without bias and sentiments. Because as far as am concerned casino paid reviews has some bias in it and lacks absolutely sincerity but when there's no payment attached to the reviews done but that users out of their own volition without pay decides to drop a review it will reduce the bias (unwarranted praises and shortsightedness) and sentiments that come with paid reviews. It will rather come natural in this regard.

These can be included in the review:

The coins the casino is supporting
How fast is the deposit and withdrawal
kYC rules
Restricted countries
Their customers support. How fast they are

If you want to review a casino, register and use the casino for like a week. You can continue to use it and see their good and bad sides.

Aside from these, it would be great to include the distinctive features of the casino.  The feature that makes the casino different from any other casino.  Giving information about this kind of feature will save a lot of time for casino players if they want to have a different kind of user experience.

In addition, listing original games created by the casino is also a good thing to include in the review.

Not that reading much on casino reviews but I think picking the legit sites that has been tested multiple times would be great already and you did a full review of the site. Post some videos and tutorials something like that, more like you really testing the casino extensively. You don't have to test a lot but having a few that are worth it would be enough I guess.

Well aside from the typicals -- like overview information of what the casino offers, It would be interesting to see something different, kinda like an edge among others.

For instance, a simplified version of terms of servies and whatnot, kinda like tosdr.org but I would imagine this would take lots of time and effort so perhaps a highlights section could do as well! these papers are extremely important but users tend to skip them because they're too long hence the goal is to make it palatable.

If I am reading a review I want to see how easy the site is to navigate, deposit and wd options, how knowledgeable customer support is(most sites they are just giving you prewritten responses), how fast deposits and wd are, what sort of bonuses the site offers( rakeback, lossback, deposit bonuses etc). Also, I find it important that a site have an active representative here on the forum to help customers with issues they might be facing. Having to rely on 3rd party sites to post complaints is a pain in the ass and shows me that a site doesn't really care for its users.

I still read casino reviews despite of knowing that some are just being manipulated, though it can still work especially if you are looking for a new good casinos. My first question about the casino is their KYC, their license, and their withdrawal and deposit policy, I want to know the real experience of the gamblers and not just the policy itself. If you are going to review the casino, make sure that you experience it on your own so you can tell us the exact scenario on that platform. Many might not have more time to read the reviews, but for me this is one of the best part of doing your research about a specific casino.

Honestly, I hardly read reviews from gambling sites because I don't believe most of those reviews. People are just paid to make most of those reviews, and most of them might just deposit and withdraw their money and never even use the gambling site again, and they will decide to write reviews about the gambling site. The basic things that I check even when I see a review about a gambling site are.

- is kyc mandatory.
- which coins are allowed to be gambled with.
- if my country is allowed to gamble on the site (restriction).
- Games that i can gamble on.

I guess the things that I listed above are just a few things that I check, Other things that I see on reviews, like how fast their deposit and withdrawal are, I know it might be fake. Everyone will want to claim their product is the best, so I prefer giving a casino site a trial to confirm how fast their transaction is. Some of them will claim their customer support is the best until you give it a trial, then you will discover that their customer support is the worst. So I am not really the type that values reviews, I just check the basics, and I do ignore other stories.

There are many things to check out in the casino reviews and the most important things to me are;
  • The withdraw and deposit system
  • The KYC
  • The reputation of the casino

1. Do you read casino reviews?

2. Do you find any casino reviews useful? If so, please share some examples of good casino reviews that you find useful.

3. What should a casino review contain to make you read it?

Before now I used to give much credence to casino reviews and that is when I have never known about Bitcointalk. But with this forum, I do not have further needs for casino review and the trust system and Ann threads are ok to reveal.

1. Yeah, sometimes but not really that something that interesting yet community feedback on ANN threads should suffice or enough.
2. Yes, its useful but only into those selected and trusted review sites excluding those new and shit ones
3. Precise and concise and the most important of all, HONEST! nothing beats out on that
4. I might try later on but speaking with those names then i do only consider Wolf.bet to be positive. I dont know the other
5. If you are really that looking for information then reading up reviews wont be bad but always consider on making some research more if you arent that contented or convinced on the current ones you are readding.

Just a tip. When it comes to review sites then try to look at into these places.

Btcgosu.com
gamblingbro.com

When it comes to review and guidesites then this 2 is something that been recognized by this community.

All the kinds of reviews that I have been coming across this period are almost all the same thing, like reviewing the withdrawal process, deposit process, and how many people have reported them for scams and how good they are.

If we can see reviews like video records of how the casinos work from different testers and game comparisons between different casinos to be sure of how they actually work if there is a glitch or manipulation that could be found in other games, that's testing the same game from the same providers on different casino sites.

I believe this will be some kind of new review for me, as I have not really come across such details before. It's always some kind of good one, and it has this withdrawal speed and all of that.

A review should come from own experience of using the site and not just show the impression about the site.

In other words, as a gambling site review site, you should test the site for real and not just explain details about the site. Make an account there, and test the platform, test some of their games, test how convenient the deposit and withdrawal are, any everything as long as it is a real experience.

Don't also put lots of redirecting pages and banners on the site. Make the review site as clean and neat as possible.

Casino review is an eye opener for us that may be looking to use the casino in the future. There are lost of things we might be looking for in a casino review especially when we are curious to know those features the casino has. One of the things we might be interested to see in a casino review is mode of deposit, withdrawal, games, interface, License etc. We might have a different view but a casino review could help us a lot to know those things we can find in the casino. Review is something we should look for if we want to gamble on a casino that we don't have idea a about.

IMO, a casino review like these https://casino.guru/ is really enough for me.

It's not only making a review, but also they have a team to help us with some complaints. Not just a review website, but they have a good team specialist on casino. I really like what they did.

Really helpful as mediator for connecting user <> casino.

1. Do you read casino reviews?

This first question covers for all others to an extent because some of the gamblers don't read about the casino's review, but i still can't find the main reason why there's no more of attention given to this section from gamblers and this kind of attitude is what makes most of them fail in using a particular gambling platform when they never get it right along with the casinos because they don't know much about what they have constituted from their review, but having a review will help both the gambler and the gambling platform have a synergy of reasoning together.

What we all want is honest casino reviews with somehow proof like deposit slips going to the casino that is being reviewed, at least we all have an assurance that the review is real.

^Exactly this.

I feel like most reviews are either fake or paid by the casinos themselves. The only reviews I can trust are the negative ones which even then, they are not always truthful because nobody knows who made them. Either the casino paid a person (or even the review site itself) a considerable sum of money to write good, fake reviews or a disgruntled gambler who lost money or felt he was treated unfairly and now wants to do revenge on the casino with a bad and fake review? How are you supposed to tell the difference?

Thats really the main problem why nobody trusts reviews or review sites.

I strongly suggest you find a solution to that problem, otherwise nobody will trust your reviews, no matter how honest you are.

Reviews are windows that show us what to expect from the casino and it services this is because those reviews are reflection of other people experience on the casino,  so many times we look out to what satisfies the customers and how best they treat their clients anytime it happens that they run into a problem.

So for that what we should look out for in a good casino should be as follow.

1: fast transactions and privacy enhance the payment system.

2: level of KYC flexibility to suit customer needs.

3: what the level of their internal development is and what project they are up to?

This and many more are what make out for a good casino and also good review must contain a positive outlook with the above-mentioned points.
