If Bitcoin becomes the consensus of most countries, it will be restrained by the Barto dollar and become a real monetary system. I think the United States supports Bitcoin and is worried about it. Supporting Bitcoin can reap benefits and worry about the development of Bitcoin. Unable to control. If the United States wants to ban Bitcoin, the market will definitely be very turbulent, and it may not be able to recover for a period of time.

The United States is still worried about the development of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is actually under control. In the future, the United States may not be able to control Bitcoin. If Bitcoin develops to a certain scale in the future, it will affect the status of the U.S. dollar. If the United States now proposes to ban Bitcoin, the development of Bitcoin will be greatly affected.

To be honest, the US attitude towards encryption has a great influence on the future of Bitcoin. It can also be said that it determines the future of Bitcoin. In the United States, although the United States has some dissatisfaction with Bitcoin, many capital consortia use cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency, but the United States will not ban it. I think the United States is one of the biggest supporters of Bitcoin.

I'm not sure if the US prohibits cryptocurrencies in their country, because there is so many influential people have involved with a crypto, but if it is done then it can certainly has an impact on the countrythe 's economy, and of a course it will also impact the growth of the crypto market, because most investors are big  come from the USA,

Do you guys think one day USA may ban cryptocurrencies? If yes what would happen? I think it's not totally impossible and that would be a global crash on prices.
If there are countries that banned bitcoin then it will not have a big impact except the USA, because after being banned the government will make war by all sources. If this happens then the price of crypto will drop more than 50% in a day and the market will continue to die soon.

If the USA ban crypto it will affect on world economy but I think they will not do it because the USA is getting big profit from crypto if the USA ban crypto then the USA has to face the big loss because billion of people are investing on crypto  people will do protest for the USA so please don't think negative

The USA won't ban crypto because they know that so many influential personalities are involved and if thy would be ready to declare a ban, the US would be eliminated from the list of potential candidates who are welcoming crypto.

After El Salvador adopted Bitcoin. I think cryptocurrencies would not experience banning in US. They are one of the biggest contributor in crypto ecosystem. If we have notice some of bounties are restricted US citizens. US is part of crypto.
In case the impossible become possible. Once US ban cryptocurrencies, I will expect the dramatic instant dump will happen.

El Salvador isn't the decisive part of the puzzle. You need know what these guys are planning or what kind of impact they have on regulation. It is a field that everyone should be careful about in order to make informed decisions. I think that is the best we can do. May be that some a favorable and the topic of lobbyism comes up, but maybe we are wrong. Give everyone the benefit of the doubt and trust in our system.

Agree with that, US is a Democratic country and it's just normal that people's voice is heard, and I don't see the possibility that the USA will ban crypto, instead, they'll regulate it more and there will be strict restrictions, if they ban, they would not benefit on it and people might go against the government as they have their interest will be destroyed.
agree with what you think.
The US is not a country that arbitrarily determines policy. although the impact will be very large on the crypto market. but banning is not something that will happen.
making regulations related to crypto projects, crypto markets, and the use of technology from crypto and blockchain that are very possible for the US to do.
if China has banned, I think this is the US opportunity to get it. something that China might not be able to master.

If the US bans cryptocurrencies it will certainly have a negative impact. Recently the US has increased scrutiny of cryptocurrencies. However, the ban does not appear to apply to Bitcoin. I don't think the US will ban Bitcoin. Too many things to do in court. Moreover, a number of crypto industry leaders in the US are so trusting of crypto assets.

It is not easy to ban the ownership of cryptocurrencies in the United States, because such a measure will go against the US constitution. Even if the government proposes such a measure, it will be struck down by the Supreme Court. Such a measure can be implemented only in dictatorial countries, such as China and North Korea. What the US government can do is to impose additional restrictions on the trade of cryptocurrencies. It would make conversion of crypto to fiat (and reverse) more difficult. But it can also push the transactions underground, to TOR-based dex sites and P2P platforms.

because the US is one of the countries that contributes a high volume of crypto trading, the impact of the ban will be enormous. the market will not survive and crashes are inevitable. bitcoin and big altcoins like ethereum or bnb can lose half the price. and the rest will be worthless. this will probably be worse than when China issued a crypto ban.

I do not think US will ourightly ban cryptocurrency.
Although they have the authority and can do it yet unlikely since there are established crypto companies that are operating there.
There may be pocket of regulations here and there but cryptocurrency will continue to spread and develop.  There will be days when cryptocurrency will come to the rescue of impending inflation that is coming., then,  people will realise that cryptocurrency is more valuable than what they thought about!
It is really an inflation saver and that's what the other institution doesn't like. When people get to know how to defeat inflation and won't save it to banks but instead will invest it on cryptocurrencies.

The thread title needs to be changed. Bitcoin is not a physical asset that can be banned. It is a set of codes, that doesn't exist in the physical state. Therefore it is not practical to ban Bitcoin. What the governments can do is that they could make the conversion of Bitcoin to fiat (and vice versa) more difficult (especially of the volume involved is large). And this in turn will have a crippling impact on the cryptocurrency market, by causing a reduction in the exchange rate and the trade volumes. Users may do their trade through P2P platforms, but the prices may slump.

crypto prices will surely collapse sharply.  because we know the US has a big role for crypto and I think the US also does not want to lose assets in crypto, so it is not easy for the US to ban
many US company hold bitcoin and they didn't report it. SO if US start banning cryptocurrency , this company will sell their asseets and imagine how many bitcoin they have and all of this have to be sold. market will crash and we never imagine this effect before maybe worse than China fud.
