Although no country can completely ban Bitcoin, and the United States will not ban Bitcoin, but if it is to answer this question, in my personal opinion, no matter which country bans Bitcoin, it will not have a huge impact on Bitcoin.  Bitcoin has been well-known in recent years. Before that, no country had noticed Bitcoin. Few people knew about Bitcoin and used it. So does it mean that Bitcoin has not been supported by any country until now? For Bitcoin, the state banning Bitcoin is a loss.

I think it is not about how well-known Bitcoin is, but about the fact that everyone realizes you can't shut it down. No regulation will help, no ban will help and actually nothing will ever fully shutdown Bitcoin. That's building trust as people notice how reliable the protocol is. They don't perceive it as a protocol, but as something that can't just be destroyed at will. Hence, it fulfills the store of value function despite its volatility.

More and more countries that ban cryptocurrencies will have a high risk and be considered a danger to the financial system.
and what if the US bans crypto? absolutely the price will really drop a lot and may be fantastic dump ever, who knows?

Negative publicities creates panics and fears, and knowing how big US.

There's an after effects once they also ban crypto, but so far they are allowing this digital currency to exist, though they are very strict in terms of KYC. US is really trying to make sure that they've got good control with their citizens who wanted to use this system.

As with every ban, it will decrease a little at first, then panic sales will begin and trust in the system will decrease. a few years later the new investor will rejoin the game and rise even higher. now crypto never dies, it just stops and gathers strength.

That's how things works eversince this crypto currency was been introduced.

If same cycle repeats itself we can see another sets of new investors both institutional investors and those who wants to take a quick ride.

I don't think it will happen because the US will also get lost and the crypto market will get high damage. But why are you thinking this? There are a lot of crypto traders in the US. so it will be very difficult for the US to ban crypto in their country. Don't be worried the US will not do this.
it was not a loss for the US but this will create a negative impact on the crypto market. Think that a huge chunk of the market user will be gone, that certainly, the other supporting countries will follow also and that it leads to the market drop. I'm not saying this will be the reason for the market to collapse but can't deny the fact that it can influence as well.

And to keep the market stronger and bigger, we need the full support coming from big and advanced countries as this will boost and encourages others to do the same. However, if the US will be making steps out from crypto, there will be huge price inflation.

The US has a huge impact on crypto. If what you say happens then it will make the market bleed and I hope that doesn't happen. After the problem in China, bitcoin has dropped very drastically and if US ban crypto i think bitcoin price will drop below then $20k
Then how can you predict the future by saying bitcoin will drop below $20k ? because it hasn't happened yet although it is possible it could happen, but I wonder why you are so optimistic when you say bitcoin will drop below $20k.

The American economy has more or less influence on all world economies. So if the US government bans crypto, I think cryptocurrency will be severely damaged. But I don't think the US government will make such a catastrophic decision.
I think the US country some time ago in 2018 talked about the same thing like this, but the ridiculous thing is that a few years later many people from the US started to do a lot of transactions using cryptocurrencies, in my opinion a country should not have a bad influence on the circulation of cryptocurrencies.

They don't. It is good if countries try to attack and eliminate Bitcoin, it is indeed very helpful for Bitcoin the technology. Because then people reading those headlines will pay attention and realize that obviously no government can stop Bitcoin, not even the US or Chinese government. And what does that do? It builds trust and that is exactly what we who are pro Bitcoin want.

If the United States starts to ban Bitcoin, once the ban is successful, other countries will follow suit. Because there are many countries that prohibit the use of cryptocurrency, there are no clear laws and regulations that say that bitcoin is not allowed. Once multiple countries publish such news, the bitcoin economy may fall again and again. This is bad news for countries that have set Bitcoin as legal tender, and I hope this kind of thing will not happen.

We don't calculate our losses when we are in dip prices. Actually, developed countries are very active and ready to ban cryptocurrency. Developed countries don't wanna lose their money. The USA, China and Russia are the top developing countries. Why won't those countries stop their money laundering? Even we are ready to take secret steps for our privacy where countries ban doesn't work.
Countries banning Bitcoin would probably work. China maybe a little different because they are already suppressed so much and people know that they have to use vpns even for the most basic of websites that other countries have. China bans everything including social media and other news sites from around the world and the people bypass it with their vpns. The same happens when they banned Bitcoin.

If the US did it I think it would be different because the people are not as used to getting around government bans because America does not really ban much from being used. I think the more restrictive a country is the less effect a ban will have but the more the citizens are happy with their country the more they will be willing to accept the ban.

Do you guys think one day USA may ban cryptocurrencies? If yes what would happen? I think it's not totally impossible and that would be a global crash on prices.

If that happens the crypto market will crash slowly because US crypto users and investors are large in number, so definitely it has a huge effect on the crypto market, But that was only a worst-case scenario because I believe that an advanced country like the US will not do that, instead, they will enforce some safeguards and strong regulatory requirements, but I dont think they will ban it. The US is very different from China in almost every aspect so I believe it will not happen.

Crypto currencies in the US is quite big which is why I think it would be hard or completely impossible for crypto currencies to be banned in the US. Maybe the reason why you said this is that you have noticed that a lot of regulations are set in the US related to crypto currencies. But this is not entirely bad(despite it being against the true goal of bitcoin) since these regulations in place sets a trust bridge for this industry and the common industries. It basically protects the citizens from unprecedented threats and gives the government and banks of the US a sense of control which makes them feel at ease. Too bad though that these regulations hinder investors in the US to invest on most ICOs and other start up projects. But nevertheless, there is currently nothing to worry about as of the moment. But to humor your curiosity, if banning of bitcoin really does happen, it will really bring this industry to its knees, although not to a point that it would be impossible to recover, but at least to a point where it would take quite a long time to get back up and may end up become more unlikely to achieve the goal of worldwide adoption.

USA has a very strong influence on the world including cryptocurrencies, of course this is a bad thing, it will make it difficult for the crypto industry to get funds and of course crypto prices will drop and will become worthless.

Cryptocurrency has not stopped since its inception. It is moving at its own pace. Its demand and price is increasing day by day. If the USA bans cryptocurrencies, it may have a negative effect on cryptocurrency. However, I believe that cryptocurrencies will not take long to overcome this negative effect.
True, as long as there is demand and supply in all markets, cryptocurrencies will continue to live without any problems even though it can have a negative effect at the time of the ban, but it won't last long in my opinion either.

The impact from a ban in the United States (although it is very unlikely) will be much worse when compared to any other setback we had in the past. If FUD regarding China ban can do so much damage, then you can imagine how much damage can be done by similar measure from the US government. I agree that any potential setback could be temporary. But this "temporary" phase can last for many years. Millions of coins will be dumped in a relatively short duration, and that will keep the exchange rates suppressed for a long time.

I think if the USA starts banning crypto, many countries will follow.BTC price maybe low down to zero. Most cryptocurrencies holders coming from the US and  it's a huge lost for US to ban cryptocurrencies.
How do you know this? Isn't the US for a long time not allowing cryptocurrencies in full for their country? and until now BTC still has value and does not become Zero, and I myself want to know the reason for what you say, because you said that other countries will also follow the US in this.

Currently, many countries in the world follow the USA. If they ban cryptocurrencies, many more countries will implement this decision. This would be a total disaster for us and none of us would want that. The US is not hostile to cryptocurrencies and I hope they don't make decisions like China. Unfortunately, the future of cryptocurrencies still depends on the attitudes of the states  Undecided
