Op you are absolutely right in some extent, because this era is time of improving and appreciating of investment incon, so gifting someone material values during a birthday celebration is not exponential form my perspective, Bitcoin is a worldwide currency and also it's an asset that do appreciate, i will prefer receiving a Bitcoin as a gift in any atoms of celebration than material gifts, but it's only those who is myopic in nature concerning cryptocurrency that will prefer material things over bitcoin, op i abide in your ideas because it will speculate and in future time your sister or brother will know the value if really they don't know the values of bitcoin.

I once congratulated my friend's wedding with BTC. Initially, according to local custom, everything was wrapped in an envelope and put in a box. I printed my wallet address and private key on a piece of paper and stuffed it in an envelope, Smiley However, this friend of mine also has certain skills in the market, so they fully understand what is being said. recorded on it. It's a bit verbose not to directly send it to their account, but it was a fun gift I prepared for that friend.

- Send them affordable Bitcoin on their birthday.

Give them bitcoin as a gift, but not on birthdays and valentines days and Christmas and stuff. A gift(especially for these special days I've mentioned) are mostly something to make them happy; not an opportunity for you to shove down your interests to them regardless if you have good intentions.

Unless if that person is already well-aware and have knowledge on Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies just like my sister whom I gave her $100 worth of ETH last year and a hardware wallet days after the wedding date a couple of months ago.

Although that there's nothing wrong about giving BTC as a gift, but it's better if the OP let them understand first on what Bitcoin is all about. Education is the key.

They'll cherish this gift more on their birthdays.
Gifting on birthdays are  unique, I can recall a little pence given to me by my grandma when I was much younger.
At OP, gifting Bitcoin will only be valuable to females that knows the betterment of it, else you'll be vexed for gifting them.
Ladies if not all in the African side do not know much about this , they value physical fiat they can see with their eyes.
Buh, this is a very good way to let females get involved with Bitcoin and Crypto Currencies.  Nice idea mate.

Adoption of Bitcoin by women differs, I believe, and depends strongly on a country and the situation in that country with human rights. If money is considered an okay present in your family, then gifting BTC is okay, I believe. If they don't know how to use it, it's important for you to explain the basics, perhaps add a short guide along with the present. But there's no reason to generalize things about women and make assumptions based on sex, the way the op does in the post. And whatever you do, try not to make it patronizing to them, okay? Be more of a friendly guide than a teacher.

How are you going to feel if you receive something that could improve yyour financial life as a birthday? Holding this asset(Bitcoin) for few year from now can become a game changer for her when other gifts might have lost value.
This depends on how much you're going to give them. If it's about 0.001 BTC, for sure they'll be grateful but to think of how much it would be someday. It still depends on the quantity that you're going to give them and how it will impact their future.

Unless the lesson and the encouragement that you've given them through that gift will drive them into accumulation and will start to kick in their curiosity until they're the one that starts buying it.

I'm sure that they'll be happy with that regardless of the amount because you've remembered them and you've put effort into thinking and giving them that gift.

They can decide to keep it as a remembrance that has some value and not only that, the value will increase after so many years. Imagine giving her some hundred bucks worth of bitcoins that might increase up to 10 to 20x in the next years to come. As we can see, industries and companies that remained neutral for the past years towards bitcoins are now doing their own innovative strategy to update their platform to accept cryptocurrencies which will gonna be a positive result for the crypto market especially bitcoins. Among the best options is giving them right now before another surge or bull runs will come.

How would you know they won't like it if you don't give it in the first place?
From here
All women want to be loved more on their birthdays receiving precious gifts from love ones. Bitcoin is more precious to me than mere gifts that will end up not appreciating in values.

I know what you mean by rewarding some Bitcoins. But give the person what they really want. Not that I'm forbidding you to give away bitcoins, but that kind of adoption still isn't quite right.
Actually I think it is right to gift btc to family and loved ones if we want to increase the awareness and acceptance, little steps can make a big difference.

Maybe next time to give bitcoins, I don't think it's the birthday person's wish but the ambition of you who just fell in love with bitcoin. That's fine, but you also need to be able to tell the difference between adoption and not.

What if they actually sold it for money? is it effective as adoption?
How would you know they won't like it if you don't give it in the first place? You can't know what people's reaction will be towards something new unless you give them access to either like or don't like.
Even if they didn't hold and sell for fiat there is no big deal, the important thing is the awareness.

The value of a gift is in the recievers eyes. Girls to the best of my knowledge loves tangible things that are flashy and aesthetics value. Which they can show you to their friends. Bitcoin is not like that. Bitcoin is not something someone will brag about that she owns.
Maybe you have forgotten that Bitcoin is money, an asset that  can be used to make transactions of what so ever. They're going to love it since it is decentralized and also has bigger chances of adding more values. They can hold large number of Bitcoin without anyone knowing which makes it unique.

Did you say bitcoin is easy to transact?
Can you share your experience of first bitcoin transaction, let me know how easy it was for you then.
Maybe you can tell me it's difficult. How many years does it take you to learn how to send/receive Bitcoin?

In our world today, there are very few females that might jump at this gift of bitcoin and that's because, they know its worth and to the rest, it won't make much of a difference. In fact, to know the value at all or most of them would be to sell it off and get its fiat equivalent and they would jump at you to have given them money and that's some gift that depreciates (money). It's always have little significance over the years to gift someone with money but bitcoin is not just any money, it's a money that stands also as an asset of value and the value can be better appreciated by hodling and determination of value between now and the future.

If your sister and friend could understand this, then it would be worth gifting them some otherwise, you teach it to them and still gift them.

I'll therefore advice you to lecture her about Bitcoin first, then get her a gift branded with bitcoin logo on it, this will keep her consciousness in Bitcoin and you can fund her later on.

I would be happy should my partner or a friend gifts me bitcoin, given that I am into crypto. For someone who doesn’t know about bitcoin or isn’t interested in crypto your kind gesture may not be as appreciated as you think it would. Giving bitcoin to someone who doesn’t understand it will not make her smile, it won’t make her day, schooling her then how bitcoin works is not that should happen within that space. Gifting her bitcoin tells me you’re thinking long term with this person.
Lol Your reply made my day  😅
Women will be happy once to know that the gift is another form of money by which they can enjoy shopping, even though they don't understand how it function. 😉

First teach them about Bitcoin and how wallet works then give them a gift. If they do not know these basic things then Bitcoin as gift would not matter them at all. Also they need to understand how to safely store it for future use. Do not blindly gift anyone Bitcoin without giving them proper information.

I would agree that women would love tor receive precious gifts like jewelries or maybe even a car...but there can be something more special if you give them Bitcoin. Not only will they start to get educated on the potential game-changing features of this coin but they can be building on something that we project can be more valuable into the future. I am then 100% supporting your intent and your desire to spread more awareness for Bitcoin in particular and cryptocurrency in general. How lucky are those women who can get something really valuable from you. So go for it and make things happen.

The world is revolving really faster and everything is becoming digital everytime I open my eyes. The way we do things last 5 to 10 years is becoming completely different to this recent time. We are in the era of digital currency where Bitcoin is having a great influence on our lives.

I have a sister and a female friend that will be celebrating their birthday soon and I'm thinking of getting them something unimaginable. Since their is not as much adoption of Bitcoin from women, I thought of giving my sister and a friend Bitcoin as birthday gifts. Although i know it might sounds odd or uncommon to us but I think this will help them a lot and the awareness of Bitcoin because they will end up telling their friends and the friends telling more friends.

All women want to be loved more on their birthdays receiving precious gifts from love ones. Bitcoin is more precious to me than mere gifts that will end up not appreciating in values. How are you going to feel if you receive something that could improve yyour financial life as a birthday? Holding this asset(Bitcoin) for few year from now can become a game changer for her when other gifts might have lost value.

Why I choose Bitcoin over other gifts

- Bitcoin can appreciate more in value with time.
- It is secure and private.
- It is fast and easy to transact.
- Can be a great asset that can change her financial status.

How I planned to do it

- I will educate them on what Bitcoin, Blockchain, wallet and other necessary things.
- Guide on how to create a crypto wallet by themselves.
- Get their Bitcoin wallet addresses.
- Send them affordable Bitcoin on their birthday.
- Contineous briefing on safety, and what cryptocurrency is all about.

I am looking forward to better ways to do this.
 Thanks!
