Start investing with your one month salary, which will make it easier for you to manage your capital and balance your daily expenses.

There is no good amount to invest. what more important is the coins or project that you invest.
if you have $100 invest in shit coins, you will loss, but not much. if $3k, you will loss much.
investing not about the amount, but about the project you invested. The more funds you have to invest,
doesn't mean you will earn more profit.

A good investment for me is at least 10,000-20,000. If I could have 25,000 for investment, that would be very good. Unfortunately at the moment I do not have this money.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?
You can start to invest from lower amount its okay if you try a small amount.

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.
100$ -500$ is good to start and try to search for the good coin to buy. And try to study all coins before you buy. And search for the good ico before you invest on it.

I think! Invest more you can get more profit! But not all invest will help you get profit! So you only invest as your money! Do not lending to invest

In fact, you can start with absolutely any amount. This is not a problem. You can start investing even with only $ 100. Of course, if you have 100,000 dollars at your disposal, this is a much more serious amount.

I've seen people who are new in crypto investing more than $1,000 but not more than $10,000 as a start. So guess what's the number that you think you are good with. But I'd prefer you to start investing with bitcoin first before joining any ICO or buying alt coin. That will be the best starting coin for a beginner.

Putting up any amount will do for as long as you know yourself be ready at any kind of risks. But mostly, from my brother's friends they invested $1,000 and they could get $100 weekly if they invest it in bitcoin. Isn't it a brilliant idea? If only I could have that certain amount someday. I would also invest on my own.

While i was reading your write up at the initial stage, i was thinking within myself that investing $100/$200 dollars might not work as supposed, not until i saw at the very end that you started with $3k. Notwithstanding, even if someone has just $100 to start with, it might still work out well. Just like a popular sayong that invest only what you can afford to loose. If that is what the person has to invest, then such can buy some good altcoins with high prospects, because that might not be enough to invest into some good ICOs.

I guess It's like $1000-$5000 at least but if you'd like to hit the jackpot you should invest at least 10 grand for sure. Look up for a good ICO and invest before exchange. You'll make some profit  Wink Also you can still invest with around $200 . You could daily trade and learn how the market works. Do not rush. It takes time to understand and make profit. Cheers !
You should keep adding it when you have spare money to maximize your profits later.
Do not be in a hurry it takes time to understand and generate maximum profit

I think the good amount to invest just depends on you. You should do your research and make your decision according to length of the term of your investment and of course the characteristics of the coins which you want to invest in.

the optimal amount to invest is what someone can afford to lose. Of course, for those who have little experience in the crypto universe, it is preferable to limit the investment to the beginning. Then, if everything goes well over several months, you can increase your investment. Everyone's income must also be taken into account. A person earning 1k per month will not have the same investment capacity as a person earning 10k per month.

I would say something in between $5K to $10K is optinal for those who can afford it.

Investing in Crypto is enough, I think this question depends on a lot of factors; The financial situation of everyone, depending on the psychology of individuals. If you are rich you invest a lot to make money quickly, you have knowledge of investment should not be shy in Crypto. Use the knowledge and analysis of market trends. Buy and hold 2 coins or more. Do not put all your money into one coin.

start with at 100-200 dollars, do not hurry, start with a small first, do not get carried away, so do not regret later
I agree with this, don't hurry if you are asking on what good amount to invest in. This amount is a good start just like others who aren't familiar with the market yet. You may know the basics of investing what you can afford to lose. But if you are on the situation, things may change if you did actually in that part of your life where all your investments are down and the coins you are holding are bearish. $100 - $200 would be a good number for you to start, good luck!

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.

it is up to you if how much you can risk your money in investment. you must research about investment of how it will work to earn a big profit .

I can't say how much. but 100$ I think is good. As long as you are satisfied to invest with your 100$. But in me, 100$ is a good start, but before you invest, atleast study the market, the history, everything in crypto.
