I believe crypto is not going away but it looks like in the near future bitcoin is going to be a afterthought.   What coins do you think have a chance at replacing it and being adopted for use?

I think it would be hard to have a sufficiently powerful altcoin to replace bitcoin. Current bitcoin is still the king of the cryptocurrency market and the price of all altcoin is affected by bitcoin. If Bitcoin dies then almost the entire market will collapse and the altcoin will die. Bitcoin is in a difficult period, it needs time to recover and grow. I believe that in a short time the bitcoin price will increase and stabilize again.

Bitcoin has made its place to the mind of people. It already has shown its actual face. And in future I believe it will be the most popular currency

Yes, it is true . and bitcoin have proven it from the beginning to the present. a decline in value that is very far from the value at the end of last year can not even change its position in the crypto. this will continue as it can become more popular in the future as more and more people know and use bitcoin in the form of media exchange or investment.

nothing will replace Bitcoin in the following years. Okay you may tell me Apple replaced Nokia to bla bla. But if the same thing happens, that would be because bitcoin had crashed by the means of technology. Bitcoin must have great mistakes while rival coins have a huge improvement. For now, it seems impossible

Bitcoin is a modern technology that can be known to many people until the future. Bitcoin will continue to develop by young people who are optimistic that bitcoin will be invaluable in the future. we are all aware of many great entrepreneurs who are able to compete to make innovations and launch new altcoin types, the goal to be accepted in the exchange market kriptocurrency so it can be under the bitcoin. if Bitcoin had drastically decreased in price, there would be no altcoin that could replace this crypto king.

Bitcoin will never be replaced, the main coin of crypto is bitcoin, until whenever bitcoin is still recognized no one of thousands of coins that already exist today.
so in my opinion no one can compete with bitcoin because bitcoin already exists from scratch.

I also believe that bitcoin will return to its original position though slowly so I am still optimistic that this bitcoin will increase significantly, and I recommend this coin NEO, ETH, and LTC, that is my hope that will go up and at least be able to compete with bitcoin, hopefully we hope about this can be realized and we benefit from here, amen

Bitcoin is still not recognized by many circles. There are a lot of people who see Bitcoin as a scam or balloon. Once you realize what Bitcoin is, it will gain its true value. Bitcoin seems to be between us for many years. If there is a crypto money to replace Bitcoin, it could be Ethereum.

I don’t think there is a certain coin speculated yet to replace bitcoin because probably bitcoin is one tough coin to drop down. How can anyone think of bitcoin to be replaced when if its not because of bitcoin, these other cryptocurrencies won’t be created today. It is just funny how people can easily think of it, and I really think bitcoin is irreplaceable for if there won’t be bitcoin most of the cryptocurrencies wont survive for sure.

It’s a pretty hard prediction to make because no matter how much bitcoin gets damaged it’s still the number one coin in the crypto. All the other coins are struggling because bitcoin is struggling too. If we are expecting alt coins to get back to normal first we need to see bitcoin get back to normal. Only then we can talk about other possibilities.

I have the opinion that bitcoin will always be a reference especially for small coins that are still relatively new. to ethereum until this time also depends on the bitcoin but does not cover the possibility of the longer the ethereum and will become like bitcoin.

Look, many people talk about the dependence of growth and regression of bitcoin and all alts. And as in such a situation, some other coin can replace bitcoin, I think it is necessary to break the stereotypes of people who still hold on to bitcoin and do not believe in alts. Then the market will look different and coins will become more effective.

No coins has the ability or potential to replace Bitcoin for another 100 years. I don't say this because I like Bitcoin but that is the fact, Bitcoin is the mother of all crypto and rules the world inside crypto market and outside as well. The price factor and other positive things of Bitcoin cannot be attained by any other coins in near future.

"Replaced" would not be the word i think, perhaps "Better competitor" would be appropriate
I mean, in order to replace something, you got to have the same aspect of tech/criteria/properties to deal with

Bitcoin is the pioneer of Blockchain or Crypto, they don't serve for a "Specific" purpose but just to shows that Decentralized Network could work
In the long run, perhaps it might not be #1 but it won't be replaced somehow

Bitcoin may not disappear in the future, but will change or change its name. But from the alts except the ether it can be both waves, neo and even nano.

I don't see any reason to replace bitcoin, because its really normal to incur problems on one technology but bitcoin started this journey and as respect to the creator of this great cryptoworld, bitcoin must stay. Bitcoin may not remain on top but at least we still have it and continues to make more people rich through its own technology.

It may or may not be a substitute for Bitcoin. What matters is what we get from us and what 'BlockChain' technology gives us. It is a fact that BTC, which is the currency that has gained so much value in the market, is not easily deleted from the market and continues to be used for a while.

Nothing will replace bitcoin, it is too dominant and there is no real contender. Ethereum has its uses with ICOs but it doesn't have brand recognition to be a well established currency.

Yes it may seem Bitcoin is losing its value right now but the fact that bitcoint has stablished in the market and widely recognized it will remain at the top..
