If you're looking for a stable coin in this crypto market. It's Tether (USDT ) .Usually it worths 1 dollar at all the time. Holding USDT will stable for money if you don't want to take any risks.

I think all altcoin is not stable, there must be an increase or decrease. because every coin has an effect on demand. if you are looking for altcoin that is near safe i think ethereum is the choice.

Even the most stable altcoin bleeds when the BTC price moves, for me the most stable coin is doge,it remains the most shit of all the shitcoins a worthless coin.
I guess the most stable altcoin  next to bitcoin is ethereum and ripple because as you see in the market cap the price is getting higher unexpectedly.

Top 10 coins would probably be the most stable like eth and ltc. During the correction earlier in the week, the lowest eth went was around $780 and now it's back to over $1000.

None of them are stable because all altcoins value is tied to Bitcoin. Once most exchanges will offer other means of trading altcoins that can change. ETH would be the most stable for the reasons mentioned

For me Dogecoin is the most stable. Even during major market corrections Dogecoin is still being very stable. I am holding up some dogecoins for the reason of savings. I can also see Ripple as a stable coin, it has ups and downs but not too drastic so there you can choose between the 2 coins.

How do you think what altcoin / token is the most stable one (ofcourse not tether please Smiley )? I'm interested in finding something with decent trade volume where it will be possible to save money doring such strong corrections (like from 20k to 14). Please  bring some arguments to your suggestions and add links to coinmarketcap Smiley

In my opinion, the stable Altcoins are, Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano and Litecoin as they are the top 5 in a cyptocurrency world.
They all have high in volume and the demands are still highest among other Altcoins.
With that, it is obviously shows how strong they are in the market and stable and that is a good indication to invest and hold it for a long period of time.
Investing capital in a long term investment will give you so much income, you just be patient and wait until you have reached the desired income.

According to my observations, the most stable coins is ethereum and litecoin and these two coins are suited for saving money. It is always important to follow the crypto news and the market graph.

Is it possible to call a stable coin that loses 30% of its value in one day? Some coins lost much more. Relatively stable in my opinion this is ethereum.

on the last few days many coins like bitcoin the mother coin as well as eth drops its price and until they are still in red , but the good thing is that the price of that both coin still on that stable line they dropping 8-10 % and before the day ends they are on the green line that makes them stable i think.

I think this market is totally dependent on this platform. When the price of Bitcoin goes down then the price of other coins also decreases at that time. that's why people are still buying Bitcoin for the trading purpose.
But Ethereum is the coin that would be a convenient platform in the future. Day by day Ethereum is looking forward to taking the main position in this world.

While any Altcoin is swayed by the overall market, finding an Altcoin with a large market cap and large trading volume should be a good estimator of stability. For the cheap mid-price Altcoins, something like Ripple is pretty stable. For the even cheaper coins, you can never go wrong with Dogecoin.
Even most of those altcoins with the high marker cap were red for some days together with bitcoin. The goal is to find an altcoin where I can hide my money from those dumps. Ripple performed greate this time but I see no guarantees that this coin will do the same at the next time.

You are talking about correlations. They are not stable anyway. You can predict it with some % chance. For example LTC was good hedge against BTC for a long time in the past. But right now there are a lot of strong and interesting coins that looks more stable than other: EOS for example. You can watch the charts from the past few weeks and analyse by yourself. Dash is also interesting and correlating with BTC sometimes. But doing it by the hands isn't best option. People who are good at the correlation using algorithms to analyse it in % together. Just looking the charts isn't best option imho.

No coins are actually stable whether it is Bitcoin or Altcoins, the market is totally dependent upon demand and supply, some unexpected news also plays an important role. So there is no cryptocurrency that is stable or at a fixed rate. It is always important to follow the crypto news and the market graph.

There aren't any stable altcoins.  The cryptocurrency market is very volatile.  Even the King, Bitcoin isn't really stable as you have seen this past week, going from 16k to 9k and now around 12k.  The only stable coins are the ones that no one buys, so the price never changes.

I don't think there is coin that will survive correction times without problems. If it was one there would be a line for it whenever we have a dip.

Any of them right now, but for a stable increase, I would go with NEO.
