I think that everyone has the same plan, you probably just need to have a lot of patience and steel eggs, be able to invest in ICO and wait for your high point, then to sell it and invest again in the right projects for humanity
I think that we just have our own goal but we do have different tactics and strategies on how we are going to reach our goals in life, it is okay to cash out when the price is already high and you have enough profit and use that profit in having your own business or invest it again at another ICO it is up to all of us.

If I read your plan, of course it is too high for me personally. I think for my plan very simple, one of them is storing bitcoin for a long time. Because I can buy houses and cars from my job as an employee. I have an investment plan for the future because I do not know the price of bitcoin tomorrow. I have a plan and target stage in investing crypto. Everytime i reach that stage, then i will reward myself with cashout several thousand dollars and buy something valuable to support me in activity.

You're goal in life carries you to the part where challenges are not even so simple to achieve. How was it for a person who loves doing it? It's life, its a motivation. So no matter what for as long as you are happy and that is what you think as a reward for yourself then go on. But if you'd like something else maybe you have to keep it and don't just settle for less and aim to become one if the richest. No cashing out for me because I believe future payment and wealth will made be and based on cryptocurrency. Which cryptocurrency? I don't know. However, I will keep working, trading and saving in leading cryptocurrency for now!
