Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

My personal suggestion is that you try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. You can make smoothies or shake made of fruits and vegetables, which is very good for conditioning yourself in the morning and is very healthy. Plus, it's delicious.
