if you want to shape the body then you have to keep your food intake, if you want to gain weight try eating foods that contain calories such as rice, fries, dates, bananas, avocado, mango, blueberry, and do not forget to balance with sports and sleep enough

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

protien food like fish,  Spanish chicken, mine,  vegetables  and fruits like banana,  Apple etc.  Avoid junk foods like 🍔  sandwiches etc because these food creates fat and health problems.

Just eat everything and more, doesn't matter what it is. Forget about time and eat when you want , also try to be passive in everything , less moves.

Milk is Good , But you have to add much sugar. Rice , Chicken , avocado are good too.

Eat rice , Mutton and lots of chicken.
