I think that ice cream and chocolates are the best fats that i ever encounter hmm i think that when im eating chocolates I gain more fats.

There are some good for fat there are
1. vagetables
2. eggs
3. Beef
4. milk
5. pure water e.t.c
if any one eat those they wear be fat.

dont eat food rich in fat content.. increase ur food menu in fibres and almonds and mutton which contains good cholestrol more than an other meat.. eat a portion of all type daily but in small quantity.. this will not only help u to maintain fat control but also will keep you energetic as well Embarrassed Embarrassed

I think the best is pork, vegetable oil, foods made from meat, butter .... vvv Maybe you want to gain weight, you eat full of nutrients, exercise regularly. Your body will be healthy and will gain weight.

That without question is meat mix with rice with regular exercise in the morning.

whole grain produce, peanut butter (in consideration only), rice, and most importantly vegetables and plenty of fruit
