It is better to invest in some good potential altcoins like ethereum neo cardano litecoin and waves,you will be get great profit from its in future if you hold its for long time term.
I think altcoin is the best way to get more profits and lower risks than ICO investments.

I think firstly you should be learn about this cryptocurrency market. Then you can find whats the best cryptocurrency and find there exchanges. I think now not suitable for participate some ICOs. Because many SCAM sites are promoting there SCAM project. I recommended to invest best coins of 10 top coins in coinmarketcap. I know my capital is too little.

At the moment the best thing to do is steer well clear of the ICO, they are having a terrible time post sale and tend to drop below their launch price. At most of the alts are hovering around their yearly lows I would choose any of the top 25 coins on coinmarketcap and invest in 1 or 2 of them and just wait for the next bull phase.
