Yes video editing is the easiest skill this profession is also in great demand due to Tiktok, YouTube shorts, and Instagram reels

The second easiest could be article writing, I think there is a lot of demand for this profession as well. Individuals or companies hire people to write articles, so anyone wo is good at English can do it comfortably.

What you say is true, we shouldn't have to ask other people what skills we have to learn in order to get a job. While other people do not know us well,
so we should be the ones who can determine what skills to learn. Which only we know what is best for ourselves. So start asking ourselves, we are

Being an influencer on social media is indeed promising in today's digital era, especially many millennials are now looking for a lot of references from an influencer. People are able to earn from their home using their talent.  There are many freelancing sectors online that can earn a lot of money.Web development, graphics design, marketing are very valuable now.  So from these you have to choose skills which you feel you can handle and enjoy.All these will depend on your skills, focus more on the work you are comfortable doing and look for an alternative job on the side.

We can say video editing is easy since we are familiar with video editing. But for some people, it can be a hard job because they have a lack knowledge in editing video programs/apps. In my opinion, we can't say video editing is the easiest job, it depends on individual knowledge. You can assume it is easy because you are familiar and often do it, but other people get difficulties doing it since they rarely do that job.

If you're purely incentivised by money then the best skill you can learn is programming, it's not gonna be easy and would take alot of time and effort but it can pay out if you stick with it.

I don’t know if the option was offered or not, but the ability to program and work with data will be an excellent additional competency. The optimal set of knowledge: Python (+ libraries for data analysis + libraries for working with neural networks) and for example PowerBI from MS.
