If you are hacked and stolen money, you have no way to return what you have stolen. Even if you keep track of all the movements of your wallet

You can track the transactions but hackers are much smarter than us in the end you will get nothing So its better to always be cautious while accessing you wallet. There is no other way to track the transactions and the bitter truth is that you can not recover what you have lost from your wallet on the other hand one can create a new wallet and use it more cautiously to avoid such situation again.

In this unregulated market, i think nothing we can do when our wallet hacked. Cryptocurrency is transparant ledger but we can not know who own the wallet because its anonymous.
indeed, at the moment the crypto market is still free and no one has held it, so there are still many people who still do not have trust so they commit cyber crimes and hack all the data we have including our wallets that they can take too,
therefore we need strong protection.

Hi,

I see a lot of people being hacked or lost money.
I know a transaction is final but can you track them to a exchange?
So you can call the exchange and ask them to hold the wallet or something?

Or can you track them another way?

I hope there will be a good solution for this in crypto.
You can track location from which country you got hacked. But i think centralized exchange track is very difficult, De centralized is tracking possible. Exchange support never tell you about holding asset in your wallet. But they try to help for recovered but everything depending on exchange quality.

If your funds is still on the exchange and happens that someone access your account and probably hacked in to your account and that hacker still has your funds on the exchange, you can call for support and try to hold the transaction on that address. But the percentage of getting it back to you is very low but it is worth a try.

I've never been hacked before. But it seems to me that there is no way to track down or just understand the method of hacking. It's stupid and impossible. Therefore, there are so many hackers in the field of cryptocurrencies

There is actually nothing much you can do to be honest. Once the transaction is made and confirmed, there is no way to reverse it. It is also basically pointless tracing your coins, as eventually the hacker will use mixers to hide themselves. All you can do is learn a lesson from it and be careful so that you do not get hacked again.

Transaction's are irreversible and even if you track a transaction transferred to an exchange. They have no obligation of helping you by just calling them that you've been hacked.

It's your negligence that you have been hacked and getting a help from them requires you a lot of things when they asked you to provide some evidence, only if the hack happened inside the exchange including your account. But if its outside the exchange, they are out of it.

I'm afraid to make a mistake but in ERC format creates different conditions of the transaction up to the control of a third person who can control but not affect the outcome of the transaction.

There's no way to retrieve any of your coin stolen by hackers. The next thing you should do is to be more careful in doing transactions and storing your coins.

If you are being hacked, you have no other options left. Your money are gone and no exchange or community member would be able to help you. Be advised, stay safe and try to diversify your funds to reduce such risks.

I think the only option is to suffer. You will not find the one who stole the funds because the whole essence of blockchain and cryptocurrency is anonymity. You should think about it and it is better to store your data

In my own opinion. I do not think If you can ask to the exhange to hold it because they just doing their jobs and I do not know if they will listen to you. Once you been hacked you can not trace them unless you are a great and have a knowledge in it then you can possible trace them. For sure hacker won't left any thing that they can trace them because they are wise and many ideas when it comes to this.

I think that the most important thing is to calm down and not worry, because to do something is definitely not possible, since cryptocurrency is not fiat money and you cannot write a statement because the money will not be returned to you. Think about where you could be deceived and check your computer for viruses.

After being hacked I would reinstall the system on my pc, then I would check hacked wallets and will forget this wallet. I would change all my current passwords on the emails and exchanges.

If you hacked into the wallet, then quickly print out all tokens and transfer them to another wallet, otherwise you are just an empty will lose money,as cracking the wallet can divert the esters, and the tokens which are not what is not while not touched, but a couple of years(they can be very good)so once all withdraw to another wallet, and the old no longer use

in hacking cases in the crypto world until now there has been no way to recover what was stolen, but in terms of tracking it can be done, but in a very limited way. for example like hacking done through myetherwallet wallet. through the path of transactions carried out by hackers and also their history, because each wallet requires a gass to be able to sell it to the market.
