Surprisingly ETH price has gone down to $ 390 at the moment, yesterday I saw it go up to $ 470 but now it has collapsed quickly. Given the current situation, I think by the end of 2020 ETH can only go up to 500-600 $, which would be a fair price for ETH this year.
Until they stop postponing the improvements and bring on the eth 2.0 with staking I am not expecting anything out of the regular market movements. Whatever the market does ethereum will follow that and there will be no outlier increases or decreases, it will be just like any other coin. Sure there could be days when bitcoin goes up %10 and eth goes up %7 or vice versa, those small changes are expected, however it would never be too much.
However the day eth 2.0 comes we are talking about HUGE increases, even before that day comes but we at least know that they are not delaying and the release date is set, as soon as that happens we will start to see increases in bitcoin, believe me. This is exactly why I believe ethereum should not be bought for now, it should be bought in installments so you know when you are going up or down and not get lost

not sure and still hesitant to touch the price above $ 500 if ETH 2.0 hasn't really been released properly, but for the end of this year I don't guarantee that ETH price can reach another new ATH, still holding at $ 480 as the highest price yesterday and currently the market is down to see him again under $ 400It may not reach a new ATH before the end of this year, but I believe the price range will be around $700-$1k. If all these major expectations are met I see eth will easily make new high price levels by the end of the year and the trend will continue further untill price reach multifold new high peak.

I'm really not expecting that much from ethereum anymore, right now is trading at 390 dollars and I see it remaining there for some weeks and then I expect to see a slight decrease in the price of ethereum, the reason for this is that the 400 dollars level is very strong and it has been historically very difficult for ethereum to surpass, we will need some massive FOMO in order to finally break away from that level and I think that if we are lucky we could see that in 2021 but not in 2020. the possibility of continuing to increase ethereum is very pronounced, because where bitcoin goes down, etherum can actually go up and survive well.
