What will you do when you are in a bad mood?

When that happened i try to divert my attention to it and focus on something that makes me smile even a little. I usually listen to music-- old love songs makes me calm. Watch a movie or p[lay a game on my phone.

doing mediation like taking deep breathe and releasing slowly. it giving me some relax to my mind. and searching something in the internet. and browsing and doing online shoping

Start by taking a few deep breaths to get your emotions under control. Take 10 deep breaths. I suggest, you go someplace where you can have privacy to shut down the stimulation to your brain. Or maybe try to read a funny articles or in social media to divert your emotions to calm down.
