Usually what i do is to take a long walk and spend some time in a reasonably isolated area.

Once there i think about my issues from all sides whether it's an argument with someone and how they are thinking etc.

This time also allows me to realise that my issues are usually trivial and that there are people in the world who truly have big issues such as famine, war, death of a loved one, broke or the numerous other big issues that affect human existence.

Once that is done, i am relaxed, focused and i can talk about the issue or apologise / stratergise how to solve it.

there is a lot of thing to do when you are in a bad mood so thing that i usually do is to playing computer games and sometime i watch movies that I've been waiting for . when i got home i usually watch anime and anime is my stress reliever when i'm in a bad mood so you can do a lot thing if you want to remove those bad mood of your so just think that you really want and you know that it can remove your bad mood or even streess

I love music, so every time I'm in a bad mood Me just listening music and it makes me feel that the bad mood is gone.

Before I can do anything stupid if I'm not in the mood, I take a deep breath. I think about something else that will help me forget what just happened. Then I relax my mind and my body by taking a nap.

When I am in a badmood I take a deep breath and take my slience because when I am in a badmood I might do something that I'll regret later on. My mood changes quickly so I adapted to my nature by being calm and learning how to meditate. Also when applicable I tell my bestfriend about it so that I can release my emotions.

The only thing that i will do when im in bad mood is eating. I eat to much until im satisfied, in that case  ill forget all the problems on my head thats  bring me in bad mood

First of all reduce your vulnerability to bad moods:  Get sleep, address physical problems, eat well, get exercise, and abstain from drugs and alcohol, etc
Second learn distress tolerance skills for dealing with stress:  find meaning in the pain, deep breathing, self soothing, half-smiling (triggers a physiological response), visualization, etc
Third learn to become mindful of and regulate your emotions:  if your fear something approach it rather than avoid it, if you are angry with someone communicate your anger in effective ways or accept what happened and then move on, if you are sad then engage in 'opposite to emotion' action such as watching a happy movie, etc
Fourth engage in positive activities daily to 'charge yourself' with positive mood:  walk, paint, sing, dance, have sex, etc
Finally learn to practice 'radical acceptance'.  You have to accept what has happened in the past and where you are currently.  If you are in prison or your wife leaves you then you must eventually accept it.  This takes practice and conscious effort.  Fake it until you make it if you must.

If I'm in a bad mood, I surely shut my mouth before I can anything bad to my fellow person. And I eat after that. Grin
