I'd rather stay at home and meditate.  I will just feel and listen to chirping birds and enjoy the creations of God.

Instead look for something wherein youll be busy of.
As an example;
Take a walk outside.....
Listen to your favorite musics....
Watch good movies.....
.
There are a lot of ways wherein you can divert your attention.
But the most effective of them all is f9r you to smile despite of all the problems you encounter....
