Guys, today I have definitely realized that in a bad mood, there a gym or playground. Certainly better when it's a sports game with the ball and in a big company. But you can compete metal and mood changes.

when I feel a bad mood. I usually go to mountains. there a fresh air, scenery and environment that can make me calm. and certainly in the mountain I can shout as loud as possible.

ill just eat when im on bad mood. eating for me is the best anti stress hahahaha. it helps me alot and helps mo forget the mood that i have before. maybe it works to everyone or it only works on me. lol second i would probably just sleep and forget what happened that causes my mood to be bad. sleeping is relaxing also. if you are relaxed your mood would be probably lighten
You can certainly get some sleep, but it is better to engage in their favorite thing. I would generally engaged joinery.

Sleep can be constant. And the most important thing is that people strazhdayuschy moral disorder, exacerbating their condition when a lot of sleep.
