During the crisis in trading, of course, I will try to be calmer. I will not be hasty in making a decision in just a short time. When all the coins I have are low, I will hold them until I get high again. During the crisis in trading, of course, I will try to be calmer. I will not be hasty in making a decision in just a short time. I suppose it will be better to hold alts.
Rise and fall happens very often so the best thing that we can do is holding with patience so hold your bitcoin for long time even if you see the price is getting down immensely, as time passing bitcoin is getting stronger no doubt so that crises will be very temporary and soon bitcoin will overcome all crises if you will hold with patience. 
It is always very difficult to stick to any plan if there is a crisis on the market - the price of the coins is going up and down. I suppose it will be better to hold alts.
If you know the market is having a problem the best thing to do is to focus on the things you really want to happen. People need to be a goal oriented in order for them to be successful in life. Having a bad day does not mean you could have a bad life and in terms of trading and investment having a crisis in the market does not mean the end of our investment or trading for me it could be either an opportunity for us or even a starting point on dealing with new investment or for us to keep on holding.

I think you just have only two options and that is either to withdraw your funds while it’s still early and while you haven’t lost much of your money, and the next option is to keep calm and have patience till the storm is over. If you ask me, I will prefer to hold it and have patience till it goes up again, cause that’s always the best thing to do. If you sell off, you might just end up missing the greatest opportunity that is yet to come.
You should management efisienly the times for trading, lets say we can only spend 1 to 2 hours aday so for the better we do long term trading so this trading activity not disturb other job
In this crisis we should not be affect by our emotions and be positive do not be frustrate then think a better solution in this situation if you hold a coin then you should wait until coins give you profit do not panic selling and be regret by selling.

I think that with a market fluctuation is continuous and difficult to rock as the current time you should limit the transaction at this time. You can see that bitcoind prices are fluctuating continuously and very hard to guess, currently bitcoin prices are at $ 7200 and still falling sharply. So I think the crisis period should be off the market. 
what I will do when I cope with the crisis in the world of trading is I will look for additional capital to try trading again by utilizing the existing situation I am trying to find profits even though only a small profit I get.
One very important thing everyone in crypto needs is patience. With patience, you will always smile when the crisis is over. There are several ways that we used to do before, among others:
Get used to thrifty lifestyles.
Create a list of primary needs.
Pay off the debt immediately, before the crisis gets any worse.
Allocate funds in the form of investments.
Limit or minimize spending.
Try to have a lot of money in cash.
When economic conditions are in crisis, the only best way you should do is to change the lifestyle of consumptive everyday by applying a frugal lifestyle. Perform savings and trimming so that later no loss.
There is only 2 appropriate approach you could do in this kind of situation, either you want to get out of it, hold until you break even or hold and wait for a better chance of earning profits or you could continue investing if you believe in the potential of the coin you re holding.I don't recommend panic selling as it just contributes more to the dip.

First of all, do not panic ar all. This is not the right time to sell anything - you will lose your money. The best variant to choose is to wait. Stay patient and get more information about the market.
Sometimes the best thing is to do nothing in trading , yes nothing! and sometimes it is the hardest thing do do nothing!
I think if we do nothing in 50% of the times in trading we get better result , Panic selling , impatience and greed makes us take rush decisions , and then we regret it , I'm trying to decrease my trading times and make it less, and i'm getting better results!

It's always advisable when in time of dips the only thing to do is hodl and wait for the right moment to sell your money for a high price to get a better profit. That's if, of course your investment is all in bitcoin but if you have invested to a different altcoin then you should cut your losses.
In my opinion you should do crisis time in trading,try to repose quiet and do not fear because if you fear, you will not be able to handle the condition.i belief it will be back to normal.
