Keep them till they moon. Anyone of the altcoins that is doing well, you can actually sell to BTC and convert to cash.
I will only try to let it in a few days, while looking at its development, if it has good potential, I will hold it until the price is really high. but when it begins to fade, I will also sell it, to avoid bigger losses.
Before making a decision check the potential of your coins and see if they are listed in the exchange. If they have potential to grow, then hold them. If not, then sell those coins at once.
If I don't need quick money I usually hold my received altcoins hoping their price will go up. But if I need some money right now, then I sell them to get profit.

I am planning to hold my altcoins today and all of the cryptocurrency i earn from bounties because i only sell my coins when the market price are already pumping.
Maybe you can sell it all for one altcoin you believe in, or hold it all for a long time. I recommend to hold it for a long time. When you hold your coins for a long time surely your altcoins will generate good return. Maybe more x10 of its original value.

I suggest that you sell it when the market is green because if you sell it in red market, you will regret it sooner or later. abut you have to consider if the altcoin is a potential coin or not. Check the developer if they are active in spite of red market.
At this time that the market price has so much gone down, it is not advisable for you to dump your coins so cheaply like that. My advise for you is to hold the coins. Do not rush to sell. You can still make much more profit from your coins if only you can patiently wait. This is not the best time to sell at all. You need to be optimistic about the market price. Although, there may be a need for you to hold for a longer time depending on the kind of coins you are holding but believe that the market will surely recover someday.

Holding for now would be a better idea than to sell it. The majority of the market is currently falling. Once the market itself starts to increase, tables might turn for the value of your cryptos which might make your profit bigger. Just be patient for now and wait until the recovery take place which I think, is soon to happen.
