Yes, I think you could sell it directly because I think if you can sell the coin, you can also use the money to buy the other coins. The coin has a very nice growth.
No need to think much, just hold it for a while. If you need it and want to sell it later, then just sell some, do not sell all at once. At least it is a way to secure and maintain your portfolios
Some of my altcoins get it for my financial needs and sustain my family needs. Some of my altcoins will be remaining in my wallet because it has the future that the price will increase. So I want to earn more tokens and save it soon.

if you have a belief in the coin, maybe hold is a good choice, because ICO or Bounty investment is one of long term investment
I do not have altcoins so far. If I have altcoins maybe what should I do I will let my altcoin remain in my wallet while the price is not good. I think that is the best way to do if I have altcoins but sadly I didn't have yet.
I think you should choose the good one aand hold them for a long time to wait for the price to be high.

Sort the coins you have that is actually doing good performance and HODL for good until it may increase a promising result. Release those coins which are not having good performance in the crypto market and perhaps look for another potential coins which you think is doing better. But before doing so, be sure to study the trend in the market performance before investing another coin.

I advise you to keep all the coins until the next growth cycle. We have been falling for quite some time, so I think that growth will come soon. I expect that autumn will be very positive
For me, I choose the best altcoins that i have and hold until the value become higher in the market. Because i strongly believe that the longer you hold the greater profit you earn.
Check the potential of that coins and also check whether those coins are listed in the exchange. If those coins have potential then hold those as of now and sell it once it reaches maximum. If those coins are not having potential to grow then sell that immediately provided those are listed in the exchange currently.
I would recommend to hold off until 2019. If you don't have an urgent need for that money. Otherwise, take it to the real and live. Do not limit the quality of your life. If you do not spend money, they will not appear)

If you do not have any income, you should sell all of them for money, other wise, we should choose and then filter some good coin, they have a good technology, good team, advisor,... we keep them until the price go up further.
