As much as possible hold it and keep it when the time comes that you need it most, do not just dump it , continue it to grow and profit more and wait for the right time to harvest it and enjoy your invested money.
As of now i hodl my investments at altcoins (ethereum, litecoin, neo, tron and ripple) because value price now at the market is so low. This year specifically at year ends i know that altcoins will rise back and once again i'll be profited at my holdings. So much worth waiting as long as it is gaining and earning, makes my life easier because it really helps me financially.
If there is low prices of altcoins it is better to hold until it will reach in a good value just to practice your self to be patience because if you have no patience in yourself your altcoins is not worth it to you and even loss your profit from them.

Probably holding these coins until i am satisfied with the profits? because these coins would be more valuable in the upcoming years because i truly believed these coins are going to be the new innovation and these could replace the existing centralized fiat system of the banks.That is why those people who are adopted this new technology will surely be wealthy in the future. 
I think at present, when the Ethererum rate is low, for only $ 500, hold altcoins is not feasible, you should consider exchanging from altcoins to ETH and BTC or USDT to keep instead holding altcoins, which is the safest way to avoid losses.

I think it lasts for a long time until the price returns to normal and stable waiting for the opportunity by following bounty or ico as long term investment

It may depend on what purpose you are going to have. Additionally, we should also see the further prospect of the altcoins. If possible after research, we can hold it for the long-term investment to get better or higher price. Of course, it will need more patient to wait for it. But, it is better I think for someday you will get higher prices and get more profits. However, if there is no chance after research, you may sell it. But, of course, it makes sad because sometimes the price is very low. Once more, it depends on what purposes and condition at that time.
Hodl do not be in a hurry to dump,Presently Altcoin are under value, the best strategy is to hold the altcoin thst you sure is viable and with real service to deliver to the real world

I think that I will do will hold the coin because I believe the future of the coin will rise slowly maybe it is expected that investors in investingI'm doing the same right now, since my main cryptocurrency venture is with bounties, I usually just keep the tokens or coins I get as rewards and check the market out. I usually hold it for roughly between three to six months so that I can have ample time to gauge how the coin would unfold in the market, usually when I see it dwindling after reaching it's peak, I try to get the first opportunity I get to dispose it for profit instead of waiting for it to dump real low.
Wait! The best solution to this problem with the drawdown, I do not see. Be patient and just wait.

In my own opinion Better to hold and wait for the market to rise its price to earn more money,payience is needed in this time because of the low price.

Some of them are for long term so j suggest to hold that and wait until price will high in the market. And if you want buy more if you know that coin is a good one to have a profit. 
I would make a diversified portfolio - sell some coins and buy BTC and Eth and would save some others to get higher returns in the future.

Of course these bounties should be hold for longer time,so that you will maximize its potentials,doesnt make sense if you sell these coins early because the developers needs a lot of time to get the full potentials of these coins,bounties are very profitable if you know what you are doing and if you picked quality bounty campaigns,less risk than trading and more profits than mining based on my experience. 
I think with that earning potential you need to hold them as you can to growing their value to a d ecent amount to cut your stake and maybe re-invest that interested stake in a promising Ico that you liked to join, just take a look seriously about the choosing of the project

Just hold. 3 months, 1 year maybe 5 years. But just hold. If any of them reached ten time higher at current price, you can sell and you will buy any new coin which is promising for your thougt! But dont sell them now!
If I were to be in your shoes,I will hold for a long time especially now that the value is low. When the value appreciate significantly, I would smile as I will make good returns from the sale. In this case, patience is key!
