In my country, everybody were not owned gun and i saw this do the life in my country is safer. Guns are really too dangerous in the hand of people who have problem with their nerve. I agree your opinion "guns are not weapons, they are tools" it does matter who is use this tools and what is purpose ?

In fact, if we really want to control guns, we can make the world gun free.
Yeah, there can be knife attacks, hitting with lorries and cars but that would be less lethal or difficult move than firing with your gun.

US is totally insane with all their guns, cmon I mean u guys are great, saved the world couple of times and shit...but its to time to grow up and do something against this randomness. 300 mill + people there gonna be one or another nutty person there! Also the defending thing more often then not really works. Either you cant access it all the times, and if you can you probably have a higher likelihood to harm you/family....

Gun should be banned for local people strictly.so may country's people dont allow to use guns.

Look at how easily young people get access to guns. This combined with an unhealthy approach to conflict resolution is what causes so many people to be killed by gunshot wounds.

Violent people can use anything to be violent. Taking guns away from violent people is no more than just taking one out of a thousand more ways to hurt, rob, or kill you.

Like what they, guns don’t kill people, people do. Gun control doesn’t really promote peace; for there are many other tools we can use to kill people. I think the attention must be focused on rigorous mental health check for those people who feel the need for guns. Most gun carriers have guns for protection and it must be kept that way.

With a population of one third of India they(US) say they need assault rifles to protect themselves what more worse could it be. It only means that the police is incapable to protect there.
In India its so hard to even get a 3 mm pistol(licensed) that you have to have good influence or have to bribe handsomely to get the licence quickly. Although its easy to get unlicensed here.

Gun purchases and ownership should be made illegal. Where I live (Europe) it is illegal and this is reflected in the statistics. The argument that you need protection against criminals does not make sense

Look at what happened in Vegas, If people had guns on them it could have been even worse, people would have shot at each other as the Killer was out of reach for small guns or pistols

There should be a gun control because it is very destructive and dangerous.The purpose why gun was made is to kill.So if there's a law regarding controlling the use of it,it may reduce the danger of using it in a bad purpose.Only the right authority is the one must use it just like militaries and to those who has the right in using it..

I really think that there should be a gun control because not all people are capable of having a gun. There should be strict compliance and only sane people should be allowed to carry guns. There should be a series of test before someone will be given permit to carry.

Should the tests include someone's religious belief?
