Your statement is true but not always. Currently we see bitcoin is rising but all the altcoins are bleeding. The key here is to look for bitcoin dominance. If the BTC Dominance increases then altcoin will not increase in value.

I think the demand buyers of bitcoin and other coins is the vital point of rising price and decreasing price. This market is totally dependent on the buyer and seller.

Bitcoin has risen up ,but the market is still around 295b, bitcoin pumps but altcoins didnt follow thats why the market cannot pass the 300b price.

yes, I think so. but not all altcoins follow the bitcoin steps. indeed most altcoins follow the state of bitcoin. which is why my bitcoin is nicknamed as the king of all cryptocurrency. if the state of the bitcoin drops, most of the other coins must come down, and vice versa. I think bitcoin is also a benchmark for other coins.

Not the whole market (cryptocurrencies) so which ones are you talking about to be exact? Do you mean like Ethereum, XRP, Bitcoin Cash and those top cryptos? Cause other cryptocurrencies apart from these ones I mentioned and few others would always go down when the price of Bitcoin is rising because investors would always withdraw from small cryptocurrencies to invest their money in the big names to make huge profit.

Don't expect for the rise , but it will surely rise this year , but here right now you should keep attention over to buy more and more bitcoin .
But here your direct formula which is bitcoin price directly proportional to cryptourrency market price , never Results into same but in Actual this can be in three types .
May be chances are that if bitcoin pricier will increase then prices of the altcoins get dump , because people will move toward the bitcoin by selling Thier alts .
Secondly if people comes in full negativity then surely they will sell Thier alts as well as bitcoin and that will result in to whole market dump .
Third case is usual , if in any case where no any negative news is running , then if bitcoin's procurement get dumped then prices of altcoins will get increase.

Well this obviously is not true Cheesy

We have seen bitcoin going up so high yet alts went down not because they lost value but because bitcoin gained value against the alts. However if the bitcoin price stays up than when the new money coming in the old money will move to alts, which will keep the bitcoin price steady for a while yet increase the altcoin prices compared to it. We just need time with no money leaving the market, if the money doesn't leave the market than it will move on to other coins.

Not all the rest of markets are interconnected with bitcoin and its market. Only for valuation they are being valued in bitcoins and other than this, they should gain their own value based on their applications on real world. But when a new investor enters into cryto world, he would prefer diversifying hence we will invest in both bitcoins and altcoins. So, entire market will move up as OP is expecting.
