I have noticed it when actually the bitcoin price is rising up the cryptomarket also will. Is that because of bitcoin is directly proportional to the other cryptocurrency? so that when bitcoin dumped the other crypto also will dump? Whats your opinion about it?
Yeah, because Bitcoin leads the market as of now, whenever bitcoin gets price increased the other cryptocurrency will, vice versa. This phenomena is natural in the market or so called the Fluctuation, this is where the market becomes risky, due to fluctuation there is a rapid growth or decline in the market which affects the prices of the cryptocurrencies.

At present, when the BTC price increases, the entire crypto market is almost also growing, so BTC is the leader in the crypto market, which affects quite a lot of other altcoins.

Yes since it is based on its price. When its increases it also has a  more value and when its fall down it also down its price.but i can say that bitcion will never been perish it recovers maybe this months and days coming. I believed also that bitcoin will be the next money or currency in the near future so it will last even in the future. Bitcoin will recover sooner

For me its is normal that when bitcoin deflates the market also will be affected because for me bitcoin is the main of all cryptocurrencies, that's why they always follow the movement of bitcoin. If bitcoin price starting to rise up the altcoin price  also increased.

Yes many times this happens. This could be because of bitcoins push and pull situation where people start to think that bitcoin is increasing so altcoin will follow this trend as well. Thus no one want to loose this opportunity to invest into the crypto currencies at this period. This is why once the bitcoin is started to grow then surely altcoins will get invested too. Everyone knows what happened last year, whenever bitcoin started to spike high then altcoins spiked as well along with it. I think it was amazing to see how that trend went up and its not new thing that it will follow during this month as well.

coin/tokenprices in an exchange have their value in BTC or ETH!
If btc value goes up and the token value remains, it will still gain USD value up.
this is the chain that cryptocurrency have.

I guess you are talking exactly opposite here. And also there are many theories behind this. Sometimes market may follow the bitcoin lead and sometimes they might just do the opposite. Now every action here depends upon few factors such as, whether bitcoin is being invested heavily and altcoins are being sold for it? Whether crypto is gonna follow or not depends upon various news and public buzz too. Sometimes people may think that bitcoin is going to hike too much and thats why they invest their alts into it and thus dropping the market of the same. So basically its situation which decides the ultimate fate.

All of the altcoins is based on ethereum and eth is tether to bitcoins, that is the reason why the entire market is being affected every time the price of bitcoins dropping.

Bitcoin is number one  among all ALT coin posted in the market, it is very popular and it attract a lot of investors in the market, base on the market stability, market structure, fundamentals, among other is the high level of confidence by the investors compared to other coin posted. Yet, it is not automatically take all the ALT coins price during the heavy volume of investment resulting to the increase on price value of Bitcoin. some are even drops their market value. Market is Volatile and this apply to everybody.

Bitcoin is main trading pairs in almost all exchanges and is major dominated crypto in the market. That is why whenever the price of bitcoin shows some fluctuations all other altcoins too shows some fluctuations. Bitcoin dominates market by 40% to 45% of market capitalization so it's obvious whenever the price of BTC goes up the total value of market capital will increase.

The crypto market is dominated by Bitcoin price movement, it may rise up the other crypto coins, but is not applicable to all coins, some are even drops its price when Bitcoin appreciates its price posted on the market. We have to remember that not all investors are Investing in other coins in the market.

The usuall situation around the crypto market is when newbies buy bitcoin with fiat money and some of them diversify their investments by buying altcoins. All the money are going:
Fiat>Bitcoin>Altcoins, which increases both the prices of bitcoin and the altcoins.
This is when hype dominates the crypto market.
The current market situation is a little bit different. It`s like fiat>BitcoinThat`s why bitcoin goes up,while the altcoin prices aren`t going up.

It would be different if all coins were pegged to let's say the dollar but everything is pegged to btc, all the alts can do is look if btc went up or down and adjust the price accordingly.

I think because bitcoin is considered the parent of all crypto and its market. so when the bitcoin price falls, the market also crashes. when bitcoin prices rise, then the market will also go up. at least we believe it when looking at the crypto price chart from year to year and peak at the end of 2017 and early 2018.
