Yes, Technically thats true. When bitcoin price rises all altcoins soon will follow and it will rise as well just like bitcoin. The whole crypto market is moving base of bitcoin price behavior so I can say that the market is still dependent to bitcoin the so called crypto king. Soon bitcoin will be the digital gold.
