Trading in this bear market is a pain in the ass and it has made a lot of traders turn into long term holders including me, what I just do now is to wait until I see favourable market condition before I sell.

I think it's simple, buy the coin at the same price, after she grew to the proper price, sell it.
all the concepts applied in the two trades are indeed like ways to make a profit. but the crypto market is not that simple, it needs more ability to get profit especially with the market conditions that are now weak. we cannot just wait for our assets to rise, or even continue to decline. rather than just holding assets we can trade with the daily, and that can help you from impatience in waiting for the market.

You should have a plan for stop loss for you to know when to sell your coins. Stop loss is very important and i observe that many of crypto investors doesn't use or know the value of STOP LOSS. Its very important to set an stop loss to lessen your lose especially now that market was on a big crisis. If you already loss now theres no point to sell just dont forget next time to set a stop loss. The best thing to do right now was to wait for a good news to come sell when theres an opening.

At the moment most of us are preferring to hold our own coin and wait till the next pump happen again, but then the values of coins today is already good to sell it so that's why it depends upon your strategy.

I will prefer to keep it for holding. The right time, in my opinion is during the green market. Whatever the condition, selling the coin when the price has been higher than the first rate will be profitable

It's not as easy as it sounds. choose the right time for investment and sales. First of all, what currency did you buy? And how much she is strong, growing. And most importantly, does it have a demand in the market. Only then, under each crypto currency, you build the right time.

Just wondering if ya'll have a typical formula you go by or a certain X percentage profit or loss.

I've been playing around with coins for just under a month now. $23750 total investment and currently up just under 10k in profit. One of the coins (IOTA) has gone up about 288%.  Obviously it would suck if it crashed but it would equally suck to sell if it continues to grow.

Just wondering what a lot of you folks do. I'm considering investing another 25 or 50k into coins. Ideally I'd like to net 15k a month off them but I know that may not be realistic on a monthly basis.
Your income this month is about $70,000, and your principal is only $25,000, which is already a good investment. Don't be too greedy in this market.

of course when the price has gone up and I've gotten a profit, it's a great time to sell coins. I have an investment target, and if the price of the coin meets my target then I will not hold it again, and I will sell it.

I for one will offer when the aggregate count of benefit has been accomplished on the grounds that from the earliest starting point have made the objective. Making an objective will give some kelebehian ie you can gain benefits of course and make you more watchful when offering, yet the downside is that when the cost connotes an expansion then you will lose a couple of percent of it ought to however I figure it doesn't make a difference since more shocked when costs all of a sudden dove.

I will sell all of my altcoins in my opinion. I have already benefited, if I guess I have not yet benefited from the altcoin I will hold it for some time until I get a benefit. and I can enjoy the results of the patience I got from selling altcoins.

for myself, of course I get a pretty big price I just sold. but the time was not known yet, surely my prediction would not be at the end of the year, at the beginning of the next year because most people said that altcoin and bitcoin would soar later

What altcoins do you have at all? It is very significant information, but there is a universal rule that is connected with analyzing. So you have to analyze them so often and only in that situation you will be sure that is there a best time for selling with the highest price or not.

We can not get itI will set a target profit in a promising coins like it pumps at 200% I will sell 10%, then if the trend continues another 20%, Hold the 70% for long term investment...no one can predict the extent to which altcoin prices will go up, and down, advice alone, if the altcoin price has exceeded the price of ico at the beginning of entry into the market then you may already sell it, but otherwise if the price of the coin is still below the ico price, should hold up, but it all depends on each individualI'm counting on not selling my coins for a long time...

It all depends on which term I hold the coins to.  If I invested in a promising coin and hold the coin for at least a year, then when the price grows 3-5 times I immediately sell coins.

There's just no perfect timing. Sell when you're in profit to avoid being caught up in a massive bear run. Taking profit is just the best approach and not waiting for a particular time to sell.
