it's uncertain, when it goes down and buys, after buying Bitcoin the price drops back. the best option is to buy with some capital when the price goes down. and back up again if the price goes down. but if you can take a small chance. scalping is a good option. when it goes down you can buy, go up a bit you sell it, and re-buy Bitcoin when the price goes down again.

i tought the right time to buy bitcoin is when the price is low and with many big FUD issues around it, it can make the price so falling down, and i think that was the right time and waiting when it have a high price again to sell it

Now is the best way to buy bitcoin. I would say you should've bought when its at 6k but you'll need to wait again before it goes dips into that price.
You have lost a lot as you bought bitcoin at its highest price and its understandable to be scared. Take the risk and maybe this is your redemption now.
Buy when it's down, sell it when it's up. You can do wahtever you want to do but in the long run, I don't think you'll care too much about these short term rises and falls

For me low market price is the best time to buy or invest. For example those who invest on March which the price falls to 6k$ then now that it went up to 9k $ mark then the profit that they gain is more than 30% in one month time.

Practically,the best time to buy or invest to Bitcoin is whenever the market value of it is falling since the dumps are just temporary and recovery is always expected to happen. Profit will be earned once the market startd to recover after the continuous dumps. Also,investing during the increase would be profitable so you might consider it as well.

I even believe that if you are looking for holding BTC for long term, you can buy as soon as possible with any price because in general Bitocin's price is increasing and it is expected to reach high levels in the near future.
You can only buy bitcoin when the price is go down for you to save money. Bitcoin is a great transaction where able many people to think first before go on what they wanted. Buy it when you can afford to buy it, anytime is good because the long term trend is going up so just get in at any opportunity. Ideally during the bear market (i.e now), but buying at the top just means more patience is needed for higher returns.

the right time to buy when a big dump is done, it will cause the coin price to drop sharply. so it's time to buy lots of coins, if you're a big investor. but there you must have courage. otherwise you will be left behind, just as the last few months the coin prices are very low and now start up again as the market starts to improve

In my own speculations, there is no right or best time to buy bitcoin because every time counts. If you really want to buy bitcoin then buy it as soon as possible because bitcoin's value is not stable. So, based on what you have said, it can increase and also it can decrease. So better to buy as early as you want. Some people said that it is better to buy bitcoin when its price dropped, because they believed that it will rapidly increase.
Always a good time to buy. Now price are down,that's the right time to buy. So don't waste time and buy now for earned good profit.

Always is the best time to buy bitcoins. Since bitcoin is unpredictable and always changing its exchange value for a short period of time. You can buy bitcoins anytime you want. Bitcoin may experiencing change in value but it is very minimal only. I think there is no such thing as good timing in bitcoin. Everyday is always an opportunity for you to have one.
