I think the hype for ICO is dying slowly because a lot of ICO don't reach their hard cap these days and almost 90% of ICO that hit exchange between last month and this month is below their ICO prices, all these factors will soon kill the hypes about ICO and I think it is better this happens so that only good project will emerge
Definitely Yes. Every day more and more ICO but the picture of the cryptocurrency market looks only worse. ICO scams fills the market and this leads to distrust of cryptocurrencies in General and you need to do something about it.

I think governing bodies like SEC are already on the watch for scamming icos btt is also doing it best to wipe them off. I believe projects die now not majorly because they are scam, but they just do because people stopped believing in them
ICOs are meant to be hyped otherwise, marketers aren't doing their jobs properly. It's us who should be vigilant and do proper research. I'm still waiting for ICOs from certain legit projects like Paybear.
Any investor would want to punish the ICO Scam or poor quality ICO. However, we can not do anything yet, except for the SEC regulations. We will need more time for international organizations to find a solution
Yes, ICOs need to be regulated by a separate body so that they have to adhere to a strict time frame of their roadmap to liquidate for the investors. Even some of the ICOs are looking scam whether they are already distributed the coin and it has already gone over a year still not know in which exchanges they are.

It seems like the trust have really go down to this ICO's ever since the scams happened. A lot of loss for a lot of people which makes the good companies looks so bad also.

Different countries solve this problem in their own way. For example, China has forbidden organizations and companies to participate, while physical persons are allowed. In Russia, the ICO project itself pays taxes. In some countries, all participants pay taxes. I'm not talking about services where they filter out bad ones from good ones. So in the future we are waiting for worthy ICO, like Kelvin Blockchain
If Scam ICO's continue to emerge and gather as much money they could take and repeatedly continue this Cycle. Investors or possible investor would never invest again, this would make a big impact to Legitimate And Real ICO. and might really affect the crypto community. This is actually sad. yes, I agree if there is a regulation to be a legal umbrella against ico project. there are a lot of ico who tend to just looking for fast money, moreover with the scam ico. if there is a legal body that can shelter for crypto investors, it is likely there will be many new investors coming.

I think that fraudulent ICO will soon die as experienced investors prefer to invest in bitcoin or ether. Now it is difficult to attract money if there is only a beautiful site.

Yes, we need a regulation. many scammer in ICO. They rapped our money, and hurt the crypto. I think this is a factor why crypto can’t safe and get more adoption because of the scammers. I hate the scammer, he just thief our money.

Well, this one is only base on the investors. Those investors who only invest on ICO to get discount then dump them with it is listed on the exchange. We can't blame ICO for this.
There is regulation happening going on with ICOs at the moment and I believe in the future more and more countries will come up with regulations which will help to sanitize the ico investing.
I don't think that the hype of ICO will end. Many people are interested in the concepts of the ICO. And many more teams develop the more interesting ICOs around the world with the different concept. That is what makes the investors prefer to choose the coins from ICO, moreover the new and unique concept.
Actually, those ico that end gradually are not the promising ico's for today. Do not invest on an ico that has a nonsense proposal and does not have an actual working product. Only invest to those ico that has a huge members in community. Because when an ico has a huge and active community the hype was good.
