It might be a long time before we see the end of it but I think that by now most of the hype from the last bull has died down and the people who are investing now are those who understand and know that this is the time to buy the coins if you want to end up making any profit from it. Nothing can stay hyped up forever and the one on icos has definitely died down a whole lot

There has to be regulation to be implemented. The only way to ge rid of all scam schemes is to put standard and requirements to start a ptoject or an ICO. Its really hard to join and to find a well made ICO, we cant afford to lose money somebody should set the standard for the benefit of the many.

Not all ICO are scams, it's just that it takes a lot of information to determine whether an ICO is really a legit one. Must of ICO available now seems to be promising but would just cause you to lose more of your funds. I believe that only ICO that is handled by well reputable promoter could be possible to be a legit one. There is no way for us to tell when the hype of icos will end but it is inevitable that they will eventually come to an end. Now the ICOs are just being used as a way for greedy people to make lot of money in a short time and there are way too scammers using it as a means to scam people. With all of this going on, it won't be long until they die out

A whole lot of the new projects out there don't have anything new to offer to the already existing industry and I think there will be a body in place for trashing fake projects soon

That's right. It's so easy to be listed on the exchange site in these days. We must try to do a lot of DYOR about the team and try to see how long this team has experience in the technology and that can become our standart to determine how good that ico is. There was so many incompetence developer running ico.
By 2019, as investors become smarter, it is unlikely that scam ICOs will survive. I hope the ICO in 2019 will be tightly controlled and the scam ICO will be controlled, unable to release. And the market will only have potential ICOs, and the exchange rate will become stable, and the hype of ICO will disappear.
It is not good for some people to use dubious means to collect monies from their fellows and run away but if we decide to sanction all ICOs because of what they are doing, we might up inhibiting upcoming promising projects.

I don't think ICO will come to it's end. It's is very essential activity of a project to run the project sufficiently. Amd there is nothing end for crypto development so until there are use of crypto currency. Like a shadow, ICO will also be here right away
