You know too many icos created for future gains and with future targets. Normally icos dont deserve 10 20 30 m dollar value money for their startups. and they can not earn that kind of money with their platforms in 10 years. Also you know too many icos said our platform will be ready in 1 year 2 year 3 year and after they will start to try earning money etc etc.
So what i am trying to say. Please dont think everything about icos projects value. That is actually not very important now.

It is so obvious that this year has more ICOs than we had last year and despite that, investors are still investor. Which means that even if some ICOs fail, it is not as a result of investors not investing, but because those ICO might either not be genuine or that they lack good marketing strategy.

If the project has a finished product, i.e. they realized their idea into reality, then they have many chances for success in raising funds for ICO, but there are no guarantees that their token will have a high price when it is on the stock exchange and attract investors to profit, because given market conditions and this trend is very difficult.

i think high inflation is the problem that retain investor from investing at those time personally i'm already all in crypto and can't afford more i simply need more revenue stream

I think the investor moves their money to the other profitable coins because they think it's not good if they still stay on the ICO project. Besides that, they think that the ICO now is decreasing too deep and it's hard to rise again before the ethereum projects can increase the ethereum price. I am sure that the investor still uses their money to buy bitcoin and altcoin and I am sure that they still want to recover their losses in a few months ago. The market now still try to increase, and it's good news for the investor so they can expect to make a profit again.
It all depends not only on the project, but also on the strategy of the investor. Some investors sell their tokens immediately after the coins enter the exchange, if their price exceeds the value on the ICO, there are those who sell tokens to return the invested money, and the rest is left in their wallet.
