I think that in 10 years the major thing that is going to happen to bitcoin is that its user base will expand enormously. And I'm not even kidding, the scale of operation will be bigger than Paypal's or Visa's.

There is no doubt about this, because the economic system is doomed to collapse.
i think the same,im actually worried about the transactions,i mean about confirmation time that we may have in 2025 for example.
There will be that many people using btc, that confirmation time may be really long, maybe even close to bank transfers time ( but it will work at weekends ofc)
I think the same btc will reach its peak.  The paper money will be used as minimal as people used btc few years ago.  The value will surely increase and so will the economy of every user in this forum.

In 10 to 30 years, the bitcoin or the Ethereum will be more useful. Most people will use them to spend.
of course bitcoin will be used way more, i think that the price is going to grow and because of that more people will use it, besides that more companies will accept it

There will be something new to replace bitcoin in 10 years. Could that be Ethereum?
Maybe if they make it easier to spell as everybody I have seen has spelled it differently every time.
dont think so, bitcoin will always be the main currency and nothing will replace it, in my opinion fiat will be worthless in the future and everyone will use bitcoins

I think so. In 20 years, the bitcoin or even the Ethereum will be used widely, one as a currency, the other for business.
Not so fast. Let's how the panorama looks like five years from here. Many of the altcoins that exists today will be bite the dust.
Will Ethereum be among them? don't know, but I cannot exclude it for sure.
Bitcoin has still the advantage of the network effect, and there was no a real game changer in the block.
But who knows, maybe there is one in the next five years that will eclipse the Bitcoin, and after another five years the Bitcoin disappears.

People are doing things in Ethereum that are not possible right now in Bitcoin. Ethereum would never be possible without bitcoin, both currencies seems not as a competing currency but as complementary within the digital ecosystem.

I hope so. But then bitcoin adoption is debatable because most new buyers would be intimidated by the current prices, but then I don't think we'll ever go back to sub $500.

I honestly think that the worth will be a lot higher of course and that it also will be used more globally all over the world.
What I'm really thinking is that the growth of stores accepting it has been grown insanely right than.
i cannot say that bitcoin will be surely more worth than now.
It depends on if the people all across the world will get into it,if they will, we will have expensive bitcoin .
of course bitcoin price will be much higher in the future, a lot of people will be buying it and i think that we might see a new all time high really soon, in 10 years the price will be 50 thousand dollars per bitcoin

Ten years seem a very long time to see many other interesting options emerging into the alternate economy. I would be happy if the bitcoin has the enough power to survive these next ten years and arrive to that days as a healthy elderly.

I think there will be tighter regulation but wider acceptance and more people investing in it. I think more people will see the unique characteristics of bitcoin as compared to fiat, credit cards, paypal, etc.

I don't see it existing anymore. It has to die soon, too many tensions around the world leading to a war. All currencies will most probably die in 10 years max. Gold & Silver will be the only currencies in the world, before a new global one. This is my opinion: a global financial collapse will take place sooner than we think. This is just a theory though, which becomes more and more real every day (I've been reading about it since 2006-2007). I've never invested money in Bitcoin and I never will.

after 10 years, you could find anywhere bitcoin, and bitcoin I think users will be very much you've encountered, there would even bitcoin production logo everywhere  Cheesy

In 10 years bitcoin should be more open to the public then we see now. The average people on the street will use it for payments and maybe even physical shops accept it.
All that is under the assumption that the adoption progresses well in the next 10 years. I am not sure if that is obvious. I believe people outside of this forum are not aware that much of Bitcoin, as we are in here, let alone if they decide to use it in the everyday life.
I think people have started to know bitcoin but it's just that they still do not believe that it is safe to use as an investment. the people always late believe in something like we once were do not believe bitcoin will be able to survive.

I see price of bitcoin in 10 years very high, because more and more people are getting knowledge about btc.
Btc mining gets more difficulty every year, what means we will get less bitcoin enter the market every  year, but demand will be higher and higher.
Actually it look's too great for me but im curious if my theory is going to work.

Your theory is right. The bitcoin price will increase as the user number increases and also the more usage.
