All coins in cryptocurrency are profitable and good for long term investment;
but if their is someone above from all that would be bitcoin. Bitcoin provides a huge amount of income which will give to you in short period of time without hidden charges.

I can say that ETH and BTC are still the best for long-term investments because they have a large market cap in the market which means you money is secured, you just have a patient to hold coin even the market turns red. I gained lot of profit in BTC, I hold mine from 2015 up to 2017, which I sold it for 18,000$.

I think the coin whose big long-term investments are Bitcoin and Ethereum because these two coins are the best coins in cryptocurrency therefore I see both of these coins have good growth and good popularity let alone have big market demand but now the market is very poor

Coins are a great long-term investment asset of Ethereum coins. I see the development of Ethereum very rapidly and I am sure if Ethereum can continue to show its development certainly Ethereum will survive forever anytime. Of course, the price of Ethereum is always stable every year this will be very appropriate if used as a long-term investment asset. what do you think, which tokens are a great investment for 5-10 years?

I think Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best long-term investments. First of all, their market value ranks first and second, the risk of investing in them will be very small, and I think this is the best two kinds of cryptocurrencies, I believe There will be a lot of room for growth.
For the LONG TERM, you can choose: XVG - the best security coin, XRP - fast transaction, NEO - Etherum of China (China try to build ecosystem base on NEO).
I think it's Bitcoin, Ethereum and NEO. Especially Bitcoin, I think its value will have a bigger increase, and the NEO's potential I think is the biggest.
I have suggested many times about social coin and jibrel as well. These are great coins for the longer periods because of their unique portfolios and pre launched service. This means they having working project already and they are just making the use of extra funds to recreate projects as worlds best platform for commercial consumption. Looking at that means a lot to me and I see potential hike for them, believe me social is gonna be more $50 after few months and it's better to invest money into it right away. Another token that's onto my mind is coss token which is completely used as utility token on their end exchanger, thus it will gain the value eventually. Lots of potential coins but still we need to think twice before we can put our stakes into them. :-) 
Obviously the most suitable coin for long-term investment is Bitcoin. No other alt comes even close. But you can chose from a select group of coins, including Ethereum, Monero, NEM, BCH, Cardano and NEO.

Blockchain and smart contract will be the future of the world. That is why I believe Etherium, Ubiq, and Digibyte are great coins for long term investment. If you are looking for a low cap smart contract coin, Ubiq will be a good choice.

I think the best coin for long term investment is bitcoin since they are the one who more eligible to invest because they are consider the best company in cryptocurrency which provide more income.
I think that for 5-10 years it is a very long period of storage in tokens. I think from 2 to 4 years is the best time to store tokens .
Altcoins that offer platform services for smart contracts or that are able improve speed of the blockchain protocol.

ETH has a great technology and it is being used world wide by many industries. If this continues to happen then the growth ETH will make will be tremendous . It will cross all its high peak values and might be at the top of the list. Ethereum is the only best coin for investment for short term and long term both aspect. Ethereum is consistently performing very good and is stable more than other crypto currency including Bitcoin.

I prefer bitcoin, because bitcoin has been shown to last, bitcoin is also the main coin in crypto with the largest population of users, and bitcoin is more likely to survive 5-10 in the future.
Aside from bitcoin I think ethereal is a good choice.ethereum is shaping up to be a fascinating year for those of us who are looking forward to seeing exactly what smart contract and the blockchain technology is capable of doing, and what people will build on top of it. The first apps should start to roll out over the next year, and although some of the most promising use cases will take time to develop and mature, we should at least begin to see a fleshing out of the exciting but somewhat skeletal vision for how smart contracts can be used within various different industries and different areas of our lives.
Every patient investor who holds ETH will have a very nice reward I hope. Mygoal is 2500$ ETH. It is a nice price. Possibly ETH will cost even more but my primary goal is 2500$. When WTH reachs 2500$ I will make an investigation about further growth and then make a decision.

It was hard to hold altcoin for long period of time, only bitcoin is the best for long term investment. But if you want to take a risk just choose ethereum and LTC these two are still exist for many years and they have a good progress since they start up to now.
