Ive never bought any coins before and am considering opening an account while the coins are low

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

Thanks
for beginners it is better to invest in bitcoin, ethereum and coins which are included in the top 20 cmc, investing in potential coins
will be safer and also the risk of loss is smaller, we must choose potential coins that have good prospects in the future
Absolutely correct strategy. As long as there is no proper experience, invest in TOP coins. I like ETH and EOS and SEDO(it's a new coin). I also read daily news and  analized information from online exchenge's websites . As soon as there is an increase in the price of coins on sites, their minimum number to exchange is changed.

It is wise idea to ask friends and others for help. But you may not entirely depend on them. In cryptocurrency, you cannot believe in people entirely. I think you may invest in ripple and tron. You can also invest in All.Me which is a new token and has very much good potentiality. But once again, you can research yourself before going for cryptocurrency.

Me, I'll pick a big market where those tokens that I like to trade is listed there. Why? Its more safer to trade on an exchange that has an activity and you can be sure of the event will happened and even pumps that will occur is visible. Unlike trading and investing on some ICOs which only listed on small exchange that has been paid low. Pick binance, bithumb, bittrex exchangers for doing somw trading youll love the volume movements.

You can start with the more reliable coins like Bitcoin , Ethereum, Dash , Ripple, Neo, etc before you start investing into the small altcoins. You can start investing into ICOs after much experience.

I would suggest of which coins are safe to invest for the beginner is that the bitcoin and ethereum these are good for the long term investment which is good for them since they have not enough knowledge about how to make good strategy of doing investment.

Coin investment for beginners I think is the most appropriate altcoin, you can see it in the list of the best altcoins, many types of altcoins that you can invest, for example ethereum, eos, neo and there are still other potential coins, and are still being sold at low prices

I suggest you to just trade it rather than investing it for long term if you're in doubt. It's because the the market's volitality is so strong thus it gives more chances for trader to take it as an advantage.

It is very important for a beginner not to get lost in the choice of coins in the cryptocurrency market.
I would advise a good coin to Ethereum, in which investments almost never fall.
This coin is constantly in the top and will be a long time first.

It clearly depends on the investment amount because if you are planning to invest some huge amount then you can share it among the top 5 coins and make sure you are planning for long term. It's my suggestion as you are a beginner and you can also try researching so that you can get some idea.

I agree that as a beginner you must study first the market and look for the coin that can help you to earn profit, well it depends on you but for me bitcoin is the coin that can help you as a beginner. During this time that bitcoins price isn't rising you can take this opportunity to invest and choose what kind of investment its either long term or short term investment.

I think BTC and ETH would be the best cryptocurrencies to invest for beginners. Among the top crypto in the market right now, both coins have the most stable price in the past years so it is easier to monitor their prices when you are planning to invest. Also, most crypto pairings are tied to these coins so trading would not be a problem.

Always invest in the major first
Like Btc/Eth/XRP

Then once you know more about the industry, u can buy into minor alts Tongue
I would probably say the same but you could include litecoin and dash as well as they are also well regarded in the community and have a good use case which keeps the price a bit higher on average.

In my own point of view, i think to start an investment on crypto, just stick to the coins that has a good performance and good potential for long term investments like bitcoin, ethereum coin, lite coin, minero coin, and ripple.
I do not think that it is Good to buy Ethereum at the moment. you need to wait for the update which we are waiting for. if they again fail to realize their plans, we will see a very strong fall. investors will stop to believe in this coin

I would like buy Eth in this time, even the market is the depression in this moment, but I have found the ETH have risen more than the last month, if this is the spare money, I will buy it and hold it until the market recover.

A not so good improvement from 2 years ago because at that time Ethereum did not experience a bad price and for me at the moment the worst price of Ethereum

When u understand the market properly, u can now think of something else to invest in. The crypto market is really profitable but deceptive. Just start with btc and eth
